They are mostly on schedule. Every once and a while we get a call saying someone is sick and they will be late. We are very happy with the job they do. They make our lives much happier.

I asked them to have a team of 2 people come out and do the cleaning and to have them be the same people every time. In the 6 month period I used them they changed the people 8 times and the quality of the cleaning was not what they promised and they were very expensive.

We like them just fine. They do what they are supposed to do. They come when we aren't there and have done a fine job. They clean every other week. They've been great in terms of open communication. The same person come and they get familiar with your home.

Our regular house cleaner was punctual and did a terrific job, offering to do extra tasks if he finished the basic work ahead of schedule. At our request, he used only non toxic products. If he was ill, the company sent out a replacement worker, but notified us in advance.
