About us
In most cases and appliance repair is a process. More often than not, an appliance may have to be taken apart to diagnose it properly. We don't just stand there and look at your appliance and tell you what "might be" wrong with it. We take the time to take the appliance apart, diagnose it properly and give you an explanation of why and how the appliance started acting up. Sometimes the appliance can be fixed the same day, but more often than not a part will have to be ordered and a return visit will be warranted. So generally how it works is this, it's $99 per appliance to come out and diagnose the problem and give you an estimate for the repair. We offer a automatic 1 year parts and labor warranty on replacement parts. We don't order parts from websites. We order all our replacement parts from reputable parts suppliers so we can warranty the original OEM parts installed.

As advertised. $99 to come out for a diagnostic, research for cost of parts and an estimate. We ended up getting a new unit from the landlord, but would have gladly hired them to repair otherwise

He charged me $109. for the visit, said it needed a new motor for the ice dispenser and that the floor on the freezer needed to be replaced. The estimate was $800. My son looked at it and the auger to move the ice needed adjusting and he bought a spring for the water dispenser and it is working perfectly.

"This refrigerator had 3 different issues. A leak coming from a frozen drain line of the freezer evaporator, a broken ice dispenser mechanism and a worn auger motor for the ice maker. This has nothing to do with a freezer floor, it is virtually impossible to replace a freezer floor. This individual obviously has no idea about the parts cost or the labor involved to replace and fix all this so yes the labor would be high in this situation, but if they are **claiming** they fixed all that themselves which is highly unlikely, then more power to them. A service call is charged in all initial visits for the diagnosis and is nonrefundable, BUT the ser..."
