Price, promptnesss, cleanup, all was good. But I asked them to be careful of one plant at the bottom of the tree but they carelessly tossed branches on it and didn't seem sorry that we lost over half of the bush. If they had said they couldn't help where the branches went, i would have covered the bush with a box. The branches they tossed very small and tossed by hand, so it would have been easy for them to be more careful. They didn't express any regret about it.

They were very professional, efficient, and careful. They used ropes rather than spurs to climb. High quality work and pleasant to work with. Very responsive to bid request and arrived at the job site ahead of the arranged time.

It went very well. The eucalyptus was damaged in the recent storm and had a branch precariously dangling at the top. I needed it removed quickly but most of the tree service companies were booked through the next two months. Rodger was able to fit me in right away. The work was done surprisingly quick and the area clean-up at the end. They saved a couple of logs for me and left my chips at my request. Both guys were very nice.

Rodger got back with us quickly, and was great to work with. He did a beautiful job with our trees, we are super-pleased with his work. Would hire him again and recommend him to our friends.

Andy has done work for me both at my home and at a rental property. Each time he was prompt, efficient, and cleaned up the site well. With the laurels, you couldn't even tell there had been anything growing there when he was finished. I'm about to invite him back to remove another tree that has outgrown its welcome.

I trust Apical. Their advice was in line with items I later found on the state arborist's website. We've used Apical before and have been very happy with their work. They come on time, clean up well after they are done, are very professional, and I like the results of their trimming. I also appreciated their stance on customer loyalty. We had some damage from a neighbor's tree during a big windstorm, and Apical gave us some priority on their to-do list since we were prior customers.

For the work that they do it is competitive with the market. I would not have used them if they were too expensive. They are just great.

These guys are amazing the way they climb trees and trim branches! The know what they're doing and they are concerned about the health of the trees. We have a cherry tree that we asked them to trim but they recommended that we don't trim it until the root system had a chance to heal. They took a conservative approach to trimming the apple tree in order to insure that the tree would remain healthy.

Scheduled work for second week of March, however they were unable to do the work that week. Re-scheduled for Tuesday afternoon the following week, work not done due to time over-run of an earlier job. Re-scheduled for Thursday afternoon -- all was work done (also pruned a fruit tree that was not included in the proposal), site cleaned up: an excellent job at a good price. Great communications throughout experience -- I highly recommend Apical Tree Services

They're very professional. They've been doing business for a long time. They've handled some of the largest trees in Washington. They're very savvy. They're not cheap, but you're getting what you pay for. Everything was done at it should have been. They did a good job with cleanup as well.

The experience was excellent with their services. They responded to my initial inquiry quite quickly. He came and did the estimate even quicker than either of us had expected. It was a very reasonable price. They were incredibly professional and worked me in very quickly. They did exactly what I asked them to do. I was really impressed and I enjoyed the experience. Apparently, they billed me through my email and I didn't get it until I contacted them, so that was the only glitch, but I would recommend them to anybody.

They have done various things for me. It is a two guy company, so it can take them a while to get back to you. They are really good, but not as good as a big company. You have to cut them a little slack, but they are a fine company.
