She has been very attentive since December, and has been a very good person on the time. She has been a very helpful person all around.

She was always on top of things. She went the extra mile, and made sure she put us in the best possible position for the sale. She was there through everything and helped us through our fears. We have the utmost confidence in her decisions. She is experienced, intelligent and knew how to position our offer to make sure we won. She did make a commission from this sale. We are very happy with her service and highly recommend her services.

Andria suggested repricing the house which we did. She also suggested new photos, staging and advertising, all of which she organized, coordinated and paid for. She told us we could anticipate an offer within weeks, which is what happened. She skillfully and helpfully handled the negotiations particularly as they related to having work done based on the inspection report. Most everything else went smoothly and the house closed on time. We rated costs as fair, not because there were any issues, but because we feel Realtors in general are a little pricey. Andria's costs were what she said they would be and in line with other Realtors. She worked very hard and strongly represented us. We would certainly use her services again and highly recommend her.

I have been involved in several real estate transactions, and Andria is by far the best Realtor I have ever dealt with. She created an amazing virtual tour of my co-op, emphasizing all of it's unique features, and set up "silent talkers" (little signs) to point out the same to anyone who viewed the home. These attentions to detail were surely a factor in my co-op selling in 5 days, and at the highest value per square foot, at the time. At the same time she negotiated the purchase of my new house, which at one point the other Realtor tried to renege on some of the agreed upon terms. Andria stood firm on the issues, which ultimately resulted in me getting the house! Rest assured, if Andria is your Realtor, you are represented, in every way. The new house was a fixer and I wanted two weeks to gut the house before having to move into it. Andria arranged a bridge loan for me so I could stay in my current home for two weeks while I got the new house ready. She's the best!

We hired Andria to locate a new house for us. What we appreciated the most was her ability to quickly understand our needs and our tastes. With Andria, we did not look at every house on the market, but only those that she knew would work for us. Once we found the perfect house, she was amazing in her response, and ensured we made all of the deadlines for the offer. What was of even greater value to us, however, was her management of the entire offer and negotiation process. It was about as stress free of a process as you could hope for. As a result of her work on the purchase of the house, we had no trouble hiring her to list our other home. Her suggestions for listing, showing and staging all proved to be exactly what the house needed. We sold the house quickly and at a superb price. Again, it was really a stress free process. To sum it up, Andria is an incredible professional - Not only would we recommend her to others, we would definitely use her again.

Andria represented us in the purchase of a new home. We have had many excellent realtor friends over the years and our brother is one also, and we have never come across a more competent, professional realtor than Andria. She worked harder than anyone with so much personal attention, we were amazed. We can't sing her praises enough as we were unbelievably impressed. It is not possible to be disappointed by this person as she makes you feel you are her only client. THE BEST!!!
