Anderson Carpet Cleaning

Anderson Carpet Cleaning was great! Travis came out in a timely manner, cleaned all our carpets and special treated various areas. Some of the stains reappeared after the carpet dried (which is a common occurrence depending on the spot). Travis came out and took care of those areas promptly. Now even the areas with stubborn stains look like new. We will not hesitate to rehire them in the future!

Lisa and team are as good as they get, on time and right on budget. Very professional and really know how to clean the right way. I had some stubborn spots that they wiped out, could not even find where they were. Not only would i hire again, I refer all my friends to them.

Used Royal Carpet cleaning, Tucson, nice young man, who did a fine job and the price was reasonable.

Arrived on time, work was performed with attention to being in and out and not disrupting our day. Professional technician that pointed out the need for stain treatment in areas we were not aware of and treated them without additional cost. Long time client that will continue to use Anderson for future cleaning needs.

Excellent. They were able to remove 3 month old stains (2 year old grandson blueberry juice spill) from light colored living room carpet. Will certainly use again.

The cleaning went in a such a manner that i don't have anything to report...apart from clean carpets. The best experience is when you tell somebody what you need and it just gets done without much involvement or follow-up from your side. That was what happened. Michael (the technician) came, I showed him the house, and went to sit on the deck. Two hours later it was done. Carpets clean! Never had carpets cleaned professionaly before. So, nothing to compare - but given the experience will definitely do it again. And hire Anderson :) Thank you

Lisa provides outstanding customer service and her team is awesome! They have a great truck mounted system that cleans very nicely. Also spot removal was great as well. The technician was there on-time and called prior to arrival. All the positive reviews I am sure are well deserved by this well run company.

Lisa was very quick to return my call and scheduled service faster than I'd expected. And was happy accommodate my need for a Saturday right between our stressful move and leaving for a short vacation. Henry arrived right on time, was efficient, clean and careful. And best of all, Henry was successful at removing the aluminum oxide stain from about a third of my lovely pillow top mattress that the movers had caused. When we got back from vacation we had our comfy mattress back, dry, fresh smelling and good as new.

We've used Anderson Carpet Cleaning twice now. Both times we called at the last minute and were very pleased they were able to squeeze us into their schedule. Lisa is always pleasant and professional. The technicians have been great, and the quality of their work is exceptional. Very pleased.

Excellent. The cream-colored carpet on our stairway was creamy again. Looks like new with no army of dark footstep up the middle! Then came despair! Why did we ever use any other service before? An earlier cleaning with a different company didn't produce such stellar results. Michael did a wonderful job. He was on time, neat and extremely professional. We liked the fact that he stopped several times to ask if we were satisfied with his work to that point. We were. Thank you Anderson Carpet.

Always great service from Anderson. I wish I hadn't waited so long to review as I'm not sure I remember the tech who did our cleaning.  I think it was Henry, my apologies to him if I'm wrong. Friendly, personable and above all cared about doing a good job.

Anderson Carpet Cleaning has done my carpets several times now. They have always been punctual, professional and polite. Furniture was moved and protected and the carpets look great. Will use them again!

I have used Anderson for the last few years, but this time was a little different and felt the need to write a review.  They normally do a good job, thus the reason I have used them for a few years... but this time their exemplary service noted a review...  
 I had a scheduled day and time and the technician called to come early...  unfortunately after finishing the upstairs his hose started leaking and was have some issues to fix the problem.  He had to leave for a bit to get a part, which unfortunately didn't fix the problem.  He struggled a bit trying to get my job done, as he didn't want to inconvenience me to make another appt.  needless to say, he was here longer than expected.  After noticing the next day, that some of the spots and areas he cleaned after the hose issue, didn't seem to get as clean as normal, I emailed Lisa and within minutes she had contacted me by phone to see what she could do to make it right?  I had told her that I wasn't emailing her for compensation, I just wanted to let her know that when issues with equipment happen, that maybe they should just come back another time...  but she insisted to make it right and had another technician come back the next day and re do any areas I felt needed to be redone.  I was more than happy with the results and so appreciated the fact that she cared so much to make it right.  My carpets looked great and I was as happy as I normally am when using their service.  They are all very professional, caring people.  and the technicians work so hard to get all the spots ect. I would highly recommend them to anyone needed a good carpet cleaning with professional caring people.
