This was a lengthy and tedious job. They were remarkable; they started work within hours of my phone call. They were prompt, courteous, hard working, pleasant, and they did a great job. This was not an easy or quick task. Over two days, they focused on the task at hand, keeping in mind safety. I highly recommend them.

American Hauling came to my home approximately two hours after I called to inquire about their services. I was very impressed with how prompt and professional they were. They hauled away all of the debris quickly and professionally taking care to not damage the landscaping as they loaded the truck. Although the overall cost took me by surprise they explained that there was some containers of toxins that would need to be disposed of at a higher cost than the rest of the debris. If I had it to do over again I would have asked for an estimate before they began the work (my bad). Overall I was very happy with their service.

I spoke with James directly when I called. He offered to come that afternoon to give an estimate, and if we agreed on a price he would remove the garbage immediately. His price was reasonable, and was slightly lower than the phone estimate I had received from another company. He willingly took extra time to empty the rafters of dusty boards and building scraps. The garage was carefully swept at the end of the project to leave it looking great. James and his daughter were friendly, responsive, and hard working. I was thrilled to get the work done quickly and with such lovely people. I wholeheartedly recommend American Hauling.

A couple of other people I called did not want to go in the crawl space but this guy helped with no hesitation.

I was rushing to get my home ready to put on the market, and was overwhelmed by the amount of "stuff" that had piled up in the basement. There were all kinds of things, from cardboard boxes (empty and full) to plastic tables to an ancient exercise bike that was ready to go to the big gym in the sky. I also had a broken computer CPU, monitor and printer. Based on Angie's List reviews and proximity to my home, I called American Hauling. James and his crew were just finishing up their last job of the day, and came over within an hour to get my stuff. We agreed on a price, and they loaded everything on the truck and took it away. That horrible corner of my basement is empty, and I no longer have to face the prospect of about 20 dump runs. What a life saver!

James answered his phone promptly, came, viewed the job needing to be done, gave me his price, and we settled on a time. He performed the job efficiently and was pleasant to deal with.

James Harris and his crew were at the house so many times during the summer that I don't really know how to begin. All I can say is that they were wonderful. Efficient, polite, careful, clean, and just wonderful to work with.

Call was answered promptly. Appointment set for same evening. Arrived ready to perform and finished in 15-20 minutes. Great experience. No problems at all. Very organized and focused work.

got them all out and moved them up out steep hill to their truck in the driveway. It was worth every dollar, and I plan on using them again. The owner was very courteous which is always a plus.

James was very courteous on the phone. He came, looked at the trash, and gave me an estimate. We agreed on a price and a time. His partner showed up promptly at 8 am. He was also very courteous and hard working. I would highly recommend them.

My overall experience was very good. I would recommend James and American Hauling. I think his price might have been a little high, but his work was very good. He worked quickly, and his clean up afterwards was excellent.

James was polite & came very quickly, which was great. He declined to make an estimate of his price before he got here, even though I asked. He charges by the amount of space the trash takes up in his truck. Our trash (empty boxes & paper) took up a lot of room, but wasn't heavy at all. We thought $150 for such light work was a bit high.

Courteous, good natured and able to follow instructions. Considerate of traffic and parking issues. Slightly late due to not being able to find my address. They left area clean and neat upon completion

They were very courteous and professional and did an excellent job. They arrived about half an hour late because they had initially brought too large a truck for the job; they called to let me know they were running late.

JAMES, THE PROPRIETOR OF THE COMPANY ANSWERED THE PHONE IMMEDIATELY AND ARRANGED TO BE OVER AT MY HOUSE WITHIN THE HALF HOUR. HE WAS PROMPT, POLITE AND EFFICIENT.
