Appliance Repair
The service tech said on his first visit that he didn't really know about Fisher/Paykel, but that they are hard to work on. He came back 4 days later and when he was done (and it was done incorrectly) and left, the fridge started beeping every time it was opened and there was a flashing warning on the panel. A Fisher/Paykel authorized serviceman was called and he fixed the problem. The first tech severed a wire when he took off the flapper piece (which he didn't need to do) to install the spring (which was also done incorrectly).
