I thought it was a good price, and I thought I wanted to try it. It looks good, very nice consistency.

I love it, I thought it was great. The shipping was very good. I went back to it quite a bit before I decided to buy it.

Amazon has been pretty good. Its been a challenge to try and get refunds. They've delivered somethings that were different from what was stated they were but this has been minor though. I haven't had too many problems with this. I've ordered several times and it's been pretty good. The prices are good.

Being a long time Amazon customer, I signed up for the free trial only to find that every author I searched for, which was over 20 of my favorite authors, did not qualify for the UNLIMITED program. I have a major problem with them calling the access to their Kindle library "UNLIMITED" when it indeed very limited. They claim to have over 600,000 titles available but I did not find any of the popular authors that I read on their UNLIMITED list. Surely Amazon uses a different dictionary than my Webster's. UNLIMITED is defined as without bounds and being all inclusive. At its least, Amazon made a poor choice of words to describe their new program and at worst, they are scamming us to get another monthly fee for a misrepresented product. In fairness, I have corresponded with their customer service and been promised that my emails will be sent to the appropriate departments and that maybe, eventually, more titles will be included in the program. But never any real mention of their definition of UNLIMITED. I have forwarded complaints to the NY State Attorney General and the FTC. I will maintain this service for the 30 day free trial to see if they do, in fact, make UNLIMITED titles available or at least change the name of the program to something more truthful.
