Excavation, Concrete Repair
I found Manuel through the City of Seattle's Homewise program. I hired him to do some foundation work, which was required by Homewise. Work started about a week later than anticipated and took about a month to complete. I was extremely impressed by Manuel's workers. They worked hard from morning until dark to get the job done. They were very courteous and clean, unlike other contractors I've had. Manuel strikes me as a very honest, hardworking, and caring guy. He was very responsive to any concerns, no matter how trivial.
