My wife and I had moved to Seattle and had a terrible ordeal with a previous real estate agent and rental property. After that deal fell through, we were desperately looking for a place to live when we found Arabelle apartments listed online. I called and the apartment manager, Teresa, answered the phone. She was very pleasant and was able to get us a showing of the unit within the hour. We quickly drove to the apartments to see it. As we also had a cat in the car, only one of us could go up and see the apartment at once time. Teresa was super helpful and glad to show us the apartment twice so that both of us could get a chance to see the apartment. She was not pushy at all, and gave us honest and good advice on the apartment, the complex itself, and what it would cost to get in. My wife asked if we really wanted the apartment, could we get in today as we were currently without a place to stay. Teresa very gladly said she would help us get into the unit that same day, even if it meant she would have to work later. We told her we would consider the apartment, and went to look at one more unit. However, after only 30 minutes we decided we would take the Arabelle apartment unit. Teresa worked very quickly with us to make sure we would be able to get into the apartment, and within a few hours of first viewing the apartment, we had the keys to our new home. Our kitty was happy, we were happy, and all if it was thanks to the great management of Teresa here at Arabelle apartments. She is the best and helps our lives.
