This involved tearing out the old pipes and replacing with new lines under the house in a very limited crawl space. He also installed outdoor hot/cold faucets adjacent to my driveway so now I can wash my car with warm water. This item was an add on and he only charged me for the fixture, no extra labor. Very cool. Scott is a very personable guy who works well with people. Even our 3 dogs liked him. The only problem we had was that he was late one day because he had to pickup his daughter when she became ill at school but he did call and advise. Scott was the least expensive bid by a substantial amount. Some of the larger local companies were many thousands more just to do the pipe replacement.
