For a remodel I did I purchased the lights outside of the contractor who was doing the work. I purchased track lights too. The track lighting after we installed it buzzed horribly. I called and spoke to a sales representative about the problem. The people who work their are not informed. I had to purchase three separate switches to minimize the sound. Essentially they told me the only way to get rid of the buzzing would to have a dedicated circuit for each track light. None of this was told to me at the time of purchase. It has been two months now and I am continually having to ask questions about continuous problems. They finally sent the the manufacturer who makes the lights to me who came to my house and looked at everything. I either need to replace the fixtures or live with it.
