AJ PAINTING

After the initial inspection, we saw the job was well done, for the most part, and they had done a very good job of cutting in. There was streaking in the ceiling of the living room and they said this would disappear when the paint dried. Upon further inspection in the next few days, we noticed this streaking had not gone away and also existed throughout the ceiling of our house. A second problem was also detected. That is, where there was fresh wallboard, there was no texture on the wall and therefore these areas did not match the surrounded walls. Jim said they would come and fix the ceiling and we fixed the walls. However, they failed to show up, as promised, on two occasions and we had to have our remodeler do the work. They made no call or attempt to explain their actions. They caused us additional hassle, delay and cost. Had they fixed their mistake as promised, we would have accepted the work. But, they did not.
