Had a worst experience with them. They broke my electrical connections and created a power outage in my house and didn't fix it. Waste of my time and money working with them. It was a huge mental stress.

Overall ok: They got there and all was good. Their vacuum died and promised that they would have their manager call us after to reschedule. Nothing… I did get an invoice that evening and emailed them asking the reason. They apologized and told us they would get on it. They also offered 10% off for services due to inconvenience. The following day, I get a call from the techs saying they’re 30 min away, no heads up. Annoyed, I rush home to meet them to finish the job. The reports after the service were slow, and I had to reach out to remind them of it. Even after all those reports I’m still missing an air duct pressure test, which I have already paid for and have been inquiring for about 8 days now. At this point, I’m annoyed that not all services were rendered even though they advertise it. No explanation either if they couldn’t perform it. The invoice has been paid in full, but it was frustrating how involved and lack of Communication. (And still don’t have all reports promised)

I had purchased this deal on Angies List: "$59 for a Furnace Tune-Up, (24.36% Savings), Reserve Now for $44.25". Airganic honored this deal even though it was a year since I had purchased it; they were super nice. The technician arrived on time, performed the furnace tune up and was out within a half hour. The technician happened to be the owner himself. He was very polite and professional. He even waived the remaining amount that I owed him because it was his first visit! Hire them; you won't regret it :).

We got this new home and needed air duct to be cleaned. They were polite, and fast response and quick. They clean the air duct with what I think was non standard tools. They falsely claimed there is rat's pee in the one of the vent. The day after they left, pets control came to our place and confirmed the liquid is from insulation, then even went to crawlspace and verified the rat issue was resolved maybe 6 months ago and there is nothing new, they even put trap and now after 3 months they could not catch anything, we also have not notice anything. Their tool made some issue with our heating floor in bathrooms (to be confirmed). Also some of the vents do not have air now. I am not sure if the claim for rat or the broken stuff was intentional, I assume it was not intentional, but I opened one of the vent, noticed lots of previous contraction stuff still there and cleaned, I had to manually clean them up. Currently looking for someone to fix those broken stuff unfortunately. Not sure if I would recommend them to anyone,

On their first visit we hired AirGanic to clean the furnace ducts. As they did a good job, we hired them to install a humidifier on our high efficiency furnace, an air conditioner and a new thermostat. Amanda, who scheduled the work and was very efficient to work with. It took Andrey, Vasiliy and Matthew a full day to complete the installations. They arrived on time, were extremely pleasant and professional and worked very hard to complete the job before dark. We appreciated the good customer service through oversight and visits by Gal, AirGanic's owner.

Punctual and friendly techs. They did a good job. One was in training. They were not going to clean the static filter until I suggested they look at it. They did so and told me it was clean. I was glad they did not try to sell me any other products. I would be happy for them to come again next year.

I was told it would take 3 to 4 hours to complete. They finished in just over one hour which seemed way too quick for what I paid for. Furniture wasn't put back after moving to clean ducts. Dust everywhere, no attempt to wipe off. An air vent was broken and workers failed to inform me. I paid $685, for a job that took 75 minutes. This was labor only, there were no new parts.

Forgot to put me in the schedule and didn't show up until 6 hours after scheduled appointment. Also had an electrical discharge while working on furnace requiring me to reset the box.

They were completely confused on the contractual agreement and wanted to charge more than our original contract. I refused and paid them contract amount only. Was not fun!

They showed up right when they said they would, were honest and up front on all prices and work to be performed. Great finish work - definitely will use again for furnace or insulation related needs.

it went super well. The technician and the owner were super nice, always taking shoes off and respecting our space. they worked to completion the day of.

After calling, they were able to do a free inspection the very next day. They were very polite (used shoe covers), personable, as well as professional. They ended up finding rodents (ack!) in the crawl space and showed me photos of where the critters had chewed through the insulation and ducts. They explained the work plan (which included the total price) and we scheduled a project date. A team of 3 worked really hard while giving me status updates along the way. They even followed up about a month later to inspect their work to insure the problem was solved. Overall I had a wonderful experience with these guys and it feels good to know they will be my go-to guys in the future. Highly recommend! :)

It went great, Dustin and his team are punctual, do a great job, and are very easy to work with. The pricing is very reasonable and I'd happily recommend them and/or hire them again.

Just bought our first house, and learned that the furnace hadn't been serviced in quite a few years. Gal came over, checked it out + our HVAC and gave it a clean bill of health. He was incredibly helpful and saved us some money by letting us know about electrostatic air filters. Even checked the status of our air vents, and while they had some dust, said waiting a year to have them cleaned out as part of their annual package made the most sense. Super knowledgeable, honest and helpful--what could be better?!

Vasilly and Dustin were professional, took their time, identified the problem, found the best way to solve it, went around town to obtain the part, saved us money by finding out that the part was under warranty so we didn't have to shell out extra money and their charges were very reasonable. Best experience!! Thanks Dustin!!

A putrid smell permeated our home on Saturday morning. We knew a rat, had probably died under the house, near or in a heating duct. We turned off the heat and called several businesses but only Airganic answered the phone.  They scheduled us for 4:30p the same day, and arrived a few minutes early. One of the owners, entered our incredibly tiny and rat infested crawlspace to have a look, did not immediately find the problem but scheduled us for early the following day, which was a Sunday. The other owner arrived shortly after Dustin. We discussed two estimates, one for finding the rat and cleaning our ducts, and another for replacing the ducts altogether (something we'd been considering). We agreed to the duct replacement and received a detailed estimate via email within  an hour or two after they left. 

Both owners arrived just after 9am on Sunday, to begin the work which was estimated to take at least two days and potentially a little more. On Sunday they arrived on time and worked from 9a to around 9p. On Monday, they worked from around 9:30a and were completely finished by around 1p, under the estimated time and precisely on budget. They turned the heat back on when they left and all is well. 

The owners worked alongside employees and all of them were very professional and efficient. They were happy to discuss the products I'd purchased and show me details. They'll stop by next week to check on the work. They'll continue to check in, once a year for the next 5 years and all parts and labor have at least a 10 year warranty.

It takes a LOT to impress me and a little more for me to be so pleased that I would actually write a review. Airganic is a small, local, family business and I'm happy to tell everyone I know that our experience with them, the quality of their work, and their diligence and efficiency, was truly impressive. Call them first for heating and air issues in the Seattle area.

Great! Timely (no arrival window but an actual specific appointment time which I appreciate so I don't have to wait around for 3 hours ), pleasant, helpful with giving suggestions for how we can maintain our furnace between services, and prices were very reasonable. Will definitely use again.

Finally, someone who will clean dryer vents that exit to the roof of a 3 story town home. I called so many people who said they couldn't or wouldn't service 3rd story roof vents before stumbling across these guys. Dustin and Isaac were prompt, quick, and reasonably priced. And the before and after pictures were very telling. And as it turns out, apparently my internal dryer connection to the vent is not very strong so they suggested next steps for if the problem persists.
