Hank has attended puppy kindergarten and puppy day camp, and both were so incredibly valuable to him. He's gone from nipping people and jumping to one seriously well behaved little guy. He didn't necessarily have problems when he started, but he's quite the little gentleman now, which is saying something for a 4-month old terrier! He listens when he's called, and the trainers have been really wonderful about helping me find ways to keep the training entertaining for him so he stays motivated and has fun. I honestly can't say enough good things about them, I have liked each and every person I have encountered here. And as a new puppy mom, I really appreciate their little store for days when I'm running out of treats, or forgot a vital necessity.

They are an okay company. They did what they were supposed to do which was to train the dog. I do think the class that I was in was a little too large for the animals. It was kind of hard for them to pay attention and not pay attention to the other animals.

"I APPRECIATE THE HONEST FEEDBACK. WE'RE CONSTANTLY TRYING TO IMPROVE THE CLASS EXPERIENCE FOR OUR CLIENTS, SO I'LL KEEP YOUR WORDS IN MIND AS WE MAKE CHANGES. I TOOK A LOOK AT THE CLASS YOU WERE IN AND NOTICED THAT IT WAS ONLY THE SECOND CLASS THAT YOUR INSTRUCTOR HAD TAUGHT AT AHIMSA (IT WASN'T HER FIRST CLASS, BUT SHE WAS NEW TO OUR FACILITY). I THINK THAT I'LL HAVE TO BE SURE TO GIVE SMALLER CLASSES TO NEWLY-HIRED INSTRUCTORS IN THE FUTURE. I THINK 8 DOGS WAS JUST TOO MANY SINCE SHE WAS NEW TO AHIMSA. THE ROOM VARIES IN ITS DISTRACTION LEVEL DEPENDING ON WHERE DOGS SIT IN THE ROOM, AND WHAT HELP WE GIVE THE CLIENTS. ONLY GOOD THINGS, GRISHA"
