Mike came to my house to see what I had in mind and we discussed some choices. Then he took measurements. The next day he called me with a couple of questions. Then he came back to my house with granite samples and a price quote. He ordered the granite and two days later he started demolition. He removed and hauled away all of my old counters. Then he built the plywood tops to hold the granite. He also made a suggestion to widen one counter which was a big improvement over the previous design. When the marble arrived, he came back with his crew and installed all three rooms of it in one day. Then he came back to install sinks & faucets & disposer, and finish things off. He cleaned up his messes and hauled away his tools. The entire time he was there he was pleasant to be around. The job was done at the quoted price in the quoted amount of time. He even did a couple of little extra things without charging me.
