Excellent from beginning to end! Robert called before coming out to confirm the time and arrived at exactly the time he stated. He and his daughter removed their shoes when I offered covers. They assembled the 3 pieces in 2 hours. Robert checked each drawer and made adjustments when they didn't glide to his liking. Two of the bars were bowed but he made it work and all drawers work perfectly. When he was done, he asked me if I would like them bolted to the wall. I hadn't even thought about that I declined because I wanted to think about it. Robert brought his own vacuum and cleaned everything up. And he even took all the cardboard with him which was totally unexpected. I was delighted with his professionalism and thoroughness.

They are fantastic! Arrived on time. finished the job in a little over an hour. Cleaned everything up and left.
