John and his whole team were absolutely a pleasure to work with, kind and courteous. They were responsive, and quick to get pricing to me and scheduling the work. They also worked with our schedule, which really helped our remodel stay on schedule. The drywall installation and texture look fantastic!

I am very satisfied with the end result. I had a small window of opportunity to get the work done, and the company went out of its way to make my deadline. The ceilings look great and although we take ceilings for granted, getting rid of the popcorn was exciting. All the workmen were punctual, friendly and professional. This is a great company to work with.

John from Affordable was great! He got the two patches done in a day and left no mess behind. After I painted the ceiling there was no trace of a patch. It looks just perfect

John and Melissa are lovely people. We really enjoyed interacting with them and they do excellent work. Very forthright and honest. We had a few issues with some of the workers they employed on our job -- we had to really watch them to make sure the work was done correctly. But John and Melissa worked overtime to make sure the project came in on time and within budget.

John's crew did excellent work. The walls and ceilings look great. And he was willing to work around our schedule.
Compared to all the other contractors that we've had to deal with in this year+ ordeal, John was a pleasure to work with.

I started w/ a different contractor that stopped coming and left me stranded. John came out the same weekend I called and bid me a price to finish and got started in a couple days and rescued me. work was nice. crew was polite and friendly. The B grade on punctuality was bcs they committed to finish a couple days earlier than they did but that is no big deal.

The outcome of Johns repair work was so much better than I could have imagined.
The repaired areas matched so well to the surrounding areas.
They were also efficient and keeping the dust down to a minimum by covering everything
up. This I really appreciated! They go the extra mile and
make the whole job turn out so well.

Affordable Construction made our house look better than we ever could have imagined. John and his wife walked through the house with us two times to make sure everything would be done exactly as we wanted it. He was great with communicating with us and responding to our many e-mails.

All went very well. The workers were divided into teams: hang, mud, tape, etc. Work was fast and clean. Good communication between the company and customers. I highly recommend this company.

We are very pleased with the entire job. This wasn't easy. I had some new walls, numerous areas where the new and old dry-wall had to match up, and various places where I needed a small patch repair. I regret that I haven't written this review until now. As I work to complete the project I'm constantly reminded about how expertly the drywall was installed. I don't have a single complaint or concern. I'm busy with my work with a tendency to use email. I was pleasantly surprised with the responsiveness John showed toward communicating on email with frequent updates on the project. I was in no hurry so John asked to take a little longer to complete the job, which was just fine with me. John was good about adding a few small patches within the confines of his bid. I would not hesitate to have John and his crew perform work for me again and I give him a high recommendation. Nicely done!

Very pleased with their work.

John made arrangements to meet us on a weekend, and by Tuesday the drywall was going up. His guys worked after hours so that we could get it done that week. They were very flexible with us, as the remodel was a work in progress, giving us suggestions so that we could complete all of our work after they left. We put in a new wall with a 45 degree angle, and the round they created on the sharp angle was flawless. In all, they exceeded our expectations in punctuality, price, quality, and attitude/personalities.

I could not have asked for more. They did a great job. I've seen interiors not done to the quality they did in my garage. John bid the job and was true to it. They showed up on time and were very flexible with my schedule. I did buy and intend to install the insulation, but on the day they came, I hadn't done it. They installed the insulation for me. The entire process was very pleasant. Very polite and did a great job! Thanks!
