Dan is wonderful, has a pleasant demeanor and can-do attitude. I was worried that I would have to do an emergency furnace replacement, but he has been able to keep my old one running well. He has given me valuable info on what to buy next, without any upselling !

Dan installed the furnace in the 80s, as there was no heating system other than a stand-alone heater. It has worked flawlessly since installation, only needing the little part that he located when he came out in December.

They are first rate. Dan, is just wonderful. He knows everything there ever was to know about boilers and furnaces. He is always available and they are very reasonably priced.

We had a rental property that was destroyed by tenants on their way out (long story, the moral: never rent to a garage band). One of the destroyed appliances was a gas wall furnace. We called Dan to come out and take a look. He showed up on time (I believe that he gave a 1-hour window). He looked at the furnace, determined that it was beyond repair and offered solutions for a new furnace. He also suggested a chimney liner. We accepted the bid and the work was done. The result was a nice looking new furnace in the midst of the wreckage that was the rest of the house. The heater works better than the old one, and the job came in on time and on budget. Thanks!
