ACI MICRO

ACI Micro replaced a defective hard drive and salvaged significant data from the defective drive. The technician was forced to work under somewhat trying circumstances, as the business recently experienced smoke and water damage, resulting from a fire in the business next door. The tech was courteous and responsive, and performed the repair at what I would consider a more-than-fair price. I wouldn't hesitate to use ACI Micro again, should the need arise.

Couldn't ask for better service!

I called Thursday morning and he said I could take it in and he would work on it that day. It was done by mid-afternoon. Because I still couldn't get the on-line bill pay feature of my bank to work, I took it back Friday morning, and he reset some settings, made other adjustments, and showed me how to make some adjustments for myself, all for no charge. He was very nice about the fact that I don't speak "computer" and have a pathetically limited understanding of how computers work their magic or what to do when the magic fails. All in all, he was extremely helpful, and he got my recalcitrant computer to behave itself. I will go back there anytime it begins acting up again. It was surprisingly inexpensive and obviously much better than trying to fix the computer myself, which is time consuming and almost never successful.

They primarily sell and repair computers at their location. They don’t come out to the customer’s place. Barbara works for a real estate company and buys the computers for her company from them. She does that on a regular basis. She had to take her laptop in to be looked up. They are very knowledgeable. They have been around for a long time. They have very good prices. They provide excellent customer service. They are professional. They are very responsive when there is a problem. I would refer them to anybody.

THE SERVICE TOOK LONGER THAN WE EXPECTED, BUT THE RECOMMENDATIONS SEEMED ACCURATE. THAT WAS UNTIL WE HAD TO BRING THE COMPUTER BACK TO THE SHOP FOR THE THIRD TIME TO CORRECT THE SAME PROBLEM. WE DID NOT FEEL WE HAD VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AS THE SECOND TIME THEY CHARGED US AN ADDITIONAL $65 FEE.
