He carges $45 per hour that is well worth it as he works fast and efficiently.He workes for a number of Realtors in the area getting houses ready for sale.You call Jim and he fits you in as quickly as he can. He comes at the time you set up. He is courtious and professional. He is very honest about fixing things. He actually told me that to fix my ice maker in my refrig would cost almost as much as a new frig. I am so glad he told me as I was ready to call the appliance guy. I just will have to do w/o a icemaker until my refrig gets older. Of coause it was out of warrenty.He is sometime so honest that you don't like what you hear but you know that he is looking out for your best interests.

Jim/ Achilles Craftsman gets an A+ in my book. All went very well. As a single woman I felt I was being taken care of not taken to the cleaners.
