Everyone in the store is friendly and helpful. People on the floor are really knowledgeable about pretty much all of the products they have and the ways to use them in your home.

I like Ace because they have a ton of people on the floor who are knowledgeable. There is always someone who can help you. They ask if they can help you find something and they'll try to walk you through how to do different jobs. It's a service oriented company. If they don't have what you need they'll do their best to order them for you. I feel like their prices are good, too. They match the big stores for price and beat them with their customer service.

I had some trouble installing a new kitchen faucet because of of some mismatched pipes. I went into Ace and was given excellent service. I was explained in full detail how to install the new plumbing fixtures and even sent home with a back up plan if it didn't work. The gentlemen even showed me with other pipes how the install would go. Which was perfect since i was not sure what I would see when I started. The next day I just went back in and was able to return the unused merchandise. I would definitely go back for any project that I was doing, I left there feeling capable of completing the project.
