I guess, AC Electric Service could have checked with me if there was anything more that needed to be working on here. Yeah, I mean, they found that one thing here and I don't know if this one circuit opened up... now I'm worried about other stuff from our house that might have more problems and if there's any way to prevent that here or just... an outlet behind a piece of furniture that hadn't been used in a year, so that's the one that opened up.

It went great. JR and his Dad were on time, reviewed the problem, recommended a solution and completed all the work in about an hour. I could not have been more pleased and would recommend them in a heartbeat.

"Mr. (member name removed), I really have to take exception to this review. First, it was a big deal and you had ample time to research the product before buying. Second, the fan we put in was made by Panasonic, the highest quality fan made in the world. Our regular price for this work is around $500.00 and you got half off. If you can find a higher quality fan than the one we put in, buy it and I will install it for free."

Our front yard light was dead during thanksgiving break. I called several companies right after thanksgiving. However, they were all booked solid. Then I found AC. I called them and got the app as early as they could( 2 days later). They came and fixed my light. Very professional and friendly. Really appreciate.

I did have difficulty booking this - I had to leave a couple messages before he got back to me. However when we did set up the time, he was right on time, got everything done I asked for, explained why the previous dimmers were not the right kind.

They were very prompt in responding to my call, coming out that same afternoon. They didn't have the right box for the connection, however, so after some phone calls to locate it, I went to the store and bought the box. That led to an additional time charge for the work.
