Joe does a great job. We have been using his service for years. He is reliable, quick, reasonably priced, and most importantly, our carpets look brand new when he is done. This time we had a stain from our holiday party (6 months earlier) that I thought would not come out. Red wine and food that came back up (you know what I mean) on very light grey carpet. I thought it was done-for. Joe looked at it and scolded me a little that I tried Spot Shot and other means to try to get it up, but in the end, Joe was able to get it out. It was my first step on my staircase, so it was so important! He did a terrific job as always. I would highly recommend him.

Excellent carpet cleaning. He moved all the furniture as he worked through the rooms, protecting the furniture and carpet from dampness after cleaning. Joe was able to remove all stains and made our carpets and rugs look like new. He took special care to help me move frightened indoor cats to safe and quiet areas.
