ABOVE ALL ROOFING SPECIALIST LLC

The good: Ryan's bid was lower than most other bids I got. He and his crew all seemed pretty cheerful and easygoing. Ryan was always available to answer questions and to point out issues. Since rot repair was extraneous to the estimate, he called immediately when rot was discovered and accurately estimated the number of hours it would take to fix. After the work was completed, the yard was raked and spotless, far cleaner than it was when they began. The not as good: the estimate said ridge venting would be installed, but they installed plastic roof caps instead. I did not find out about this until later, but Ryan took $50 off the price to compensate. In all fairness, I probably should have said something when I saw the plastic caps stacked up on the roof, before they installed them.

Ryan was a pleasant person and agreed to pay for the wood floor damage because it was definitely due to their lack of protection. Then when we got the floor repaired he said he couldn't pay for it right then, so we agreed to let him pay over 4 months. He was late with the payment, and didn't make the last payment. He finally made it after we complained to the BBB, but then he didn't even own that he had been the cause of the floor damage. He tried to blame us for what was definitely a problem created by his workers.

RYAN AND THE CREW AT ABOVE ALL ROOF SPECIALIST INSTALLED TWO NEW 2X4 SKYLIGHTS IN MY CONVERTED GARAGE/SHOP. THE SHOP SPACE WAS LEFT CLEANER THAN WHEN THEY STARTED THE JOB. THE SKYLIGHTS LOOK GREAT AND THERE ARE NO LEAKS. ABOVE ALL ALSO DID A TEAR-OFF OF A PORCH ROOF. THEY WERE ABLE TO MATCH THE NEW SHINGLES WITH THE OLD EXISTING ONES. ALL OF THE OLD ROOFING DEBRIS WAS COMPLETELY CLEANED-UP. I ALSO HAD THEM TEAR-OFF AND RE-SHINGLE FOUR ROOF ''EYEBROWS.'' ALL OF THIS WORK WAS DONE TO MY COMPLETE SATISFACTION. RYAN WAS VERY PROMPT IN PROVIDING ME WITH AN ESTIMATE AND WAS ABLE TO COMPLETE THE WORK WITHIN A WEEK. DOING THE JOB, A SMALL FLOWER POT WAS BROKEN (NO BIG DEAL), HOWEVER RYAN REPLACED THE POT WITH A NEW PRE-PLANTED POT. NOT AT ALL NECESSARY, BUT GREATLY APPRECIATED. I WILL CERTAINLY CALL UPON THEM AGAIN FOR ANY ROOFING NEEDS I MAY HAVE.
