Scheduled a gutter cleaning using an angies list coupon, asked John if he could also give me a quote for window cleaning.  He came on time, gave me the quote for windows as he was setting up for gutter cleaning.  Very reasonable quote!  He cleaned the gutters for the price of the price of the coupon, even though my home was at the very limit of 3000 sf.  He then set about cleaning the windows, inside and out.  John did a fantastic job on both, so he is now on my shortlist for the jobs I hate to do!  Quality guy and workmanship.  :)

Everything went well. The cleaners were on time and professional. Everything went as expected. I will use them again in the future. I would recommend this provider to other members. It was easy to speak with them when needed.

I had 3 problems with my gutters: two were leaking in the rain and one
downspout was falling away from the gutters. He came over right on time,
Told me that the downspout just needed a rivet, that one problem was a
hole which was leaking in the rain.  He would have to go to a hardware
store and pick up some sealer.  The last gutter he had to look at.  The
rivet he fixed immediately. An hour later I had to leave and I notice
the other projects weren't done.  When I came back he was gone but all
the work was done.  Can't beat that! 
I have not been billed yet. Knowing John from an earlier job, I wouldn't be surprised if he felt the job was too trifling to bill out.

John was polite, professional and efficient to do the job, cleaned the debris and should have fixed the clogged gutter problem in 30 minutes. The deal was good.. I will hire him again.

John was extremely easy to communicate with, arrived on time and finished in less then 90 minutes.  He cleaned windows that were blocked by trees and shrubs, cleaned windows that were quite high, even removed and cleaned storm windows and put them back on.  I thought very fast and efficient.   Abella was recommended to me by a friend and I will certainly recommend him.

John did a great job on my cleaning. He arrived right on time, and got straight to work. He knew what needed to be done from our earlier discussion and charged a very reasonable price for a fairly large job. I have a 3000 sq foot house with a sky light and he cleaned all the outside windows plus the outside of the gutters which were front facing. Abella Window is the way to go if need to have your windows done!

The contractor contacted me after I left a message and set up a time frame.  The day of the service he called to say he would be by in a hour.  He showed up promptly.  I showed him what had to be done:  cleaning the gutters, downspouts, and drainpipes that connect to the sewers and drainage areas.  He and his help had the work done in 30 minutes.  I have a pretty small house.  The charge was $10 less than his estimate.

I called at the last minute in a panic and felt sure I was asking the impossible.  He showed up on a hot day when he said he would with equipment and know-how to do the job. he was calm and personable. He seemed impossibly economical for what he did.  I think business was called Valhalla at that time.

It  was great!  I had instructed John to perform a simple "flat top" on the wisteria to get it away from the garage windows and gutters.  He demurred and insisted on feathering the pruning, so it would look nice (it does).  He also volunteered to prune our overgrown, bushy Japanese maples away from the front stairs:  this service was not included in his bid, and he did not charge us extra for the work (which also looks great and was sorely needed).    
We initially found John through his ad in the PCC newsletter, and he had washed our windows in the past.  We didn't realize he also did power-washing until we searched for him on Angie's List.  We would wholeheartedly recommend him to family, friends, co-workers, and anyone else who needed similar work done.  His bid was low, and he performed more work than we had anticipated.  He's also really nice, clean, articulate, and professional.

John was very methodical and super careful not to damage these old roofs.  He did an excellent job and though it took much longer than he anticipated, he stuck with quality work until he was finished.

I've hired Valhalla twice before to clean my gutters, and they did a good job for a reasonable price both times. This time, I asked John if he could help with my out-of-control wisteria, which was all over the roof and wrapped around the chimney, as well as cleaning the gutters. He said "sure", was over to my house within a few days, and did a great job. Cleanup was also good. Transactions with this company are always friendly and straightforward. I will absolutely hire them again.

When I called him in the first place, he gave me a low phone quote.  I explained my emergency situation and he said that he would be in the vicinity the next day and could work the job into his schedule.

As promised, Jim showed up, did a very professional job on the exteriors of the seven windows that needed cleaning most, and charged so little that people I've told have been sure that i misunderstood the cost.  I think I paid Mr. Snowberger more than he asked for, and he was personable, efficient, and professional. 

It was a thoroughly posiitive experience in a very difficult time.  If I did misunderstand his rate, I apologize, and simply want to let anyone who may need his services to give him a call.  He was worth a great deal more than I even imagined having to pay, in quality and my peace of mind.

I really like the fact that they offer a seniors discount. They were very nice and helpful. They were on time and if they were going to be a little late, they called. I was so happy that they cleaned up after themselves. They will do what you want and they do it right the first time. They are a licensed company. I have recommended them to several friends of mine.
