Great service was provided.

It went very well start to finish. The work was efficiently and expertly performed.

Called on Monday to have door re-keyed. Scheduled appointment for following day, between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Rod called about 9 a.m. to say another appointment had canceled and he could do job earlier if I'd like. He showed up about 45 minutes later and the job was done in about another half hour. He was friendly, polite, and professional.

Rod was great. Professional, and pleasant. Came in and took a look at our locks. He said they were simple enough to do ourselves if we wanted to save money and told us what to do step by step. We decided we didn't want to do it ourselves and had him change our locks. We're so glad we did. We highly recommend Rod.

He immediately knew what was wrong with the lock and was quick to fix it. Also, he noticed my key was bent and made a new one.

They had a previous job which ran a couple hours late but called to let me know that was the case. That said, Rod arrived the same day I called and completed the job in short order.

I picked this locksmith specifically because of his Angie's List ratings. The overall experience was great. The locksmith was professional and the price was appropriate. My only small issue was the time it took for him to arrive. Over the phone he told me that he would be there within two hours, but it took him over three hours to get there. Not huge, but since I was stuck in my home waiting--it would have been nice to get an update from him. (I had to call him).

He was on time, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Very efficient and nice.

We lost a set of keys while on a walk in our neighborhood - right before leaving for a camping trip. We were anxious to get the locks changed on very short notice. Abel's Locksmith was simultaneously courteous and efficient on the phone, even asking where I had heard of them (Angie's List, of course). They arrived exactly when they said they would - 3 minutes early, actually. The locksmith was very professional, finishing up in about 45 minutes.

I called at 8:30 am. Although I said it wasn't an emergency, I was told that someone would be out by 9:30. At 9:30 I got a call that someone was on the way. By 9:50, my closet door was unlocked! I didn't get the name of the gentlemen that provided the service, but he was very professional, polite, and personable.

Answered phone and immediately gave 1 hour response window. Met at car. Was unlocked in a minute, had remote Credit card machine, paid and service done within 5 minutes.

Called about 12:30 on a Friday to get an estimate and find out when they could come out next week. Got a quote of $125 plus tax and they said they could actually come Saturday or even that afternoon. Given the reviews on Angie's List, I decided not to get other quotes and book the work. He said someone would be there in about two hours. Serviceman arrived almost exactly two hours later to the minute (I think it may actually have been the owner -- he met with my wife). Changed the locks and gave us four keys. I arrived home just as he was leaving and realized I had two designer keys -- baseball team logos on them -- that I needed to have keyed. He stopped and made copies at no charge. Also made sure that these copies worked in our locks.

He was on time, even with such short notice and provided excellent service!

The locksmith came at the very end of the time that he had promised, but then, it was within the time frame. He worked quickly and the locks were replaced now work smoothly.

Rod arrived on time and was very friendly. He managed to figure out two locks my husband tried to "fix," and pieced together a deadbolt that is no longer available, thus saving us some money. He was efficient, explained what he was doing with each lock, and gave us the four free keys from the Angieslist ad. (Sometimes I think if you don't ask, people will just "forget," even when you tell them where you found them. An overall painless experience, we will definitely hire him again.

It was all good except that he missed our first appointment and we had to reschedule. He called to let me know.

No problems, he arrived on time and accomplished the rekeying with no problems.

Everything was perfect except that he was a little bit late. But late enough to make it a big deal.

He was on time, very professional and friendly. We were going to have two more locks re-keyed but I didn't have the original keys with me and there would've been an additional charge to pick them. My husband later changed these last two locks for a fraction of what we paid for the other four, but hindsight is always 20/20, eh?

We called on Friday, by Saturday noon the re-keying was done. The technician worked concentrated and was very pleasant. It took about 1.5 hours until the job was done. Will recommend them!

He was really professional and the workmanship was phenomenal. Really comfortable to be around. I would recommend him to anyone. On time!

I was scheduled for an appointment from 9-11a; because my cell phone wasn't working - at 11:30 I drove to a pay phone to call and find out why they hadn't arrived. Apparently he was delayed on an earlier job, so the person answering the phone came over right away to do the work himself; he arrived w/in 15 minutes and completed the job.

My purse was stolen and I lost all ID and keys to my house and car. I had to prove who I was before Abel Locksmith would meet me and pick my locks and provide me with new ones which was the right thing to do. I was late meeting them but they waited for me and did an excellent job. They also drove me to my car and checked the registration before making new keys for it. I don't know about the price because by that time I just wanted my locks changed for security reasons.

I FOUND THE PERFECT PLACE WHEN I FOUND ABEL. THEY ARE OPEN 24/7 AND HAVE EMERGENCY SERVICES AND ALL. THIS CAME IN QUITE HANDY WHEN I NEEDED THE LOCKS CHANGED AFTER A DIVORCE. THEY HAVE GREAT PRICES AND THEY DO MUCH MORE THAN JUST CHANGE LOCKS, THEY ALSO DO TOWING.

MY HUSBAND WASN'T ABLE TO GO ON TO HIS NEXT WORK SITE UNTIL THE LOCKSMITH GOT THERE TO UNLOCK HIS CAR. BECAUSE HE WAS IN A HURRY TO GET ON WITH HIS DAY IT SEEMED LIKE THEY TOOK A LONG TIME TO GET THERE. BUT THEY WERE VERY QUICK WHEN THEY ARRIVED.
