AAFFORDABLE PRESSURE WASHING

I intended to just have him wash the driveway, since water had gotten into the house when a different company performed the service, and I was worried the same thing would happen. However, he offered to wash my patio, explaining that it would not happen. I was pleased with the outcome of both driveway and patio, and as promised, no water got into the house.

Brad did a great job. My worry was that the pressure washing might harm the Trex decking, but Brad was careful to use the correct spray tip, pressure, and distance from the decking. The decking, which had moderate to severe soiling, not only came completely clean but was not pitted or roughed up in any way. I don't think that the concrete items he cleaned were damaged in any way, but the surfaces were slightly changed, perhaps. Anyway the surfaces are now very clean (algae free, moss free) and I imagine that it will be quite a while before the moss is back (though I think that the use of some zinc sulfate will be helpful). Brad was thoughtful about not scheduling when the carpet cleaner was inside the house and was generally courteous and accommodating. My impression is that he is very keen to meet whatever needs the customer has - he certainly addressed all of my concerns. The equipment that Brad uses is professional grade but his rates to seem affordable.

Customer service, price, and performance-on-the-job were all excellent! The task was completed as promised and the technician was friendly and professional (He has a real work-ethic!). Two inches of moss was removed from our roof and deck. As a small-business, I think Aaffordable’s prices are below the competition and they give more attention to detail. Therefore, I recommend this company 100% for any homeowner/business who wants to have moss and debris removed from walks, decks, and driveways! PS: By cleaning our roof, he made it look brand-new!

Brad has several nozzles for his hoses, and these would clear a wide path with quick sweeps of his wand. His prices are very reasonable and he works very quickly, so we're going to have him wash our roof, house and deck. In addition, Brad is very familiar with Seattle real estate sales - he gave us great advice on how to spuce up the house with his pressure-cleaning service before we put it on the market in a few years. ( Due to his high expertise, he apparently does his pressure-washing for many N. Seattle homes before they go on the market.) In brief, this gentleman deserves a AAA++ for superior knowledge and service !!!

We hired Brad this past summer after I had given up doing the pressure washing around the house. Should've done this years ago. The deck looked awesome; and for those who have done it before, to see it done right, without ripping and gouging the wood.....well enough said. And I didn't know the driveway was actually concrete gray; it turned out great too. I will hire him again.
