The Technician, Rick, was very good and fixed the problems we had. I had no issues with them and they were very prompt. I believe that the fee was fair for todays market.

The plumber was efficient and took care of the issue like a pro and recommended a few adjustments be made to my under sink drainage but at no time did he pressure me into thinking it had to be done right now and gave me the information to be able to do the updates myself.

I'm very pleased with their service.

They did a great job and explained the cause of the problem and ways to prevent it from happening again.

Once he arrived, he was very efficient. There was not a lot of communication from the main office as to when he would arrive. (It was scheduled for "after 3" and he arrived at 6 pm.) I had to call them a couple of times to find out more.
