Liner into sewer drain. (Had back-up into the basement of the house.) They were very efficient, did a great job and took care of the permit and inspection by the Ronald Wastewater District. I had sticker shock at $12,500 for the job, but I knew this was expensive. This company had over 600 sewer repairs so they knew how to do it.

Rick and Tyler were very courteous and did a great job protecting our carpets while doing the work. They were friendly and did a great job! They were experienced and knew exactly what they were doing.

I was overcharged. Plumber showed up late and overcharged me for actual time worked. Also charged me for repairs that were not fixed. I still have a leaky faucet in my guest tub.

Rick came out after hours and fixed my leak. i was very pleased that he made it after what was likely a long day battling traffic. He called and kept me informed of his progress and gave me the option of rescheduling, which i declined. He arrived in good spirits and fixed my leak. Thanks Rick. .

My experience with the repair was great it was the issue of the company not being willing to schedule an appointment for a non emergency problem. I was told to call back 2 days before I was able to be at home and then they would see if they could help. When I did that I again got the same kind of message. I did get an appointment after mentioning they told me to call back 2 days before I was available. It left me feeling like my project was too small to be important. They did a good job trouble shooting the issue and correcting the issue. I would use them again but work on appointment issue.

Called AA Plumbing & Drain Team , Inc at 10:40 AM and left a mess, received a return call 10 minutes later and was scheduled the same day during a two hour window. Robert, the technician called with an ETA during the time window. He provided two estimates for two prices, and did not pressure or try to upsell which I appreciated. The final price seemed to be consistent with the work that was necessary. Robert was pleasant, efficient, and explained each step. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

The company communicated very well. They were very busy and had to hand my project off to another "overflow" plumbing business. That company was excellent in service, on-time and immediately spotted my problem that required a simple adjustment. All-in-all, we were very satisfied with outcome through the entire process.
