I don't normally give 5 stars but we had an unusual situation in an old house. The typical rotor-rooter approach wasn't going to work. Rick & Kevin didn't quit until they got the job done. They approached it several ways and the one that worked required it be done several times until complete. I know enough about plumbing to know it wouldn't have been fixed by anyone who wasn't knowledgeable or a quitter.

Rick was great. He was pleasant and very knowledgeable. He came right out on a Friday afternoon to replace our water heater. He didn't have the right size tank in his truck, so he had to race back out to Bellevue to pick up the one we needed in rush hour traffic. He came right back and got to work, answering all my questions and more. They did what they said they would do and their price was good.

Promised what they said they would do. Good price.

Expected job to cost more because of some difficulties in the manufactured home structure. Was pleased with outcome. Would hire this company again.

Very friendly, reliable, great folks who kept in great touch with me. I got good information about what was wrong, what my options were for correcting the situation, and a quote that was adhered to when the work was completed. I now feel confident that I have a plumber I can call when I need one! Thanks!

Water heater swap out. Serviceman (Rick) did an EXCELLENT JOB, and went out of his way to explain all questions. When job was completed in a very timely manner, did excellent job of cleanup... And cost was below other estimates, and exactly as quoted which included some extra work-earth quake straps, and some code upgrades, modification of input water line.. Would not hesitate to call AA Plumbing on any future work.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

I signed up online and literally 1 minute later AA plumbing and drain called they sent Rick out to give a bid for the repair he was able to pretty much say where the leak was. Rick was very informative and helpful not to mention quick on the repair. I definatly will use AA Plumbimg and drain again great value and A++ service.

Fast, friendly service. Did extra cleanup. Gave tips on water heater maintenance and usage.

Job was reinstallation of a loose toilet. They arrived on time and were very courteous. Rick & Kevin are honest and are nice guys. The job was a little more complicated that just a reinstallation because the setup on the underlying concete floor required additional steel support and two wax rings. That's why the bill was $100 higher than quoted for a straight reinstall. This fixture is rock solid now. The only nit is that the floor area around the base was not completely cleaned and the transparnent caulking bead looks to have letf a small gap around the base. White caulk should have been used

AA got back to us immediately, and Rick came out to give us an estimate for a number of minor repairs, and he was able to just make all the repairs very quickly, and at a much lower cost than expected. Unlike other contractors we have used in the past, we really felt that he was trying to save us money, not gouge us. Very satisfied and will definitely use him next time we need a plumber!

most responsible to an emergency situation

Very fast response from company. Rick hadj good advice about where to get right tool for job.

Rick was great, came and knew what the problem was before looking inside the drain! Fixed it and was very reasonable. Will keep this number on hand!

The shower draining pipe was re-sealed per my request after having a nice discussion and advice with the plumber. The work was done nicely and promptly.

Prompt and efficient repair of a clogged kitchen sink drain and corroded pipes. They helped with lots of useful comments about using the garbage disposal and trying to avoid clogs in the future.

I have never used the full bath in my garage. I'm not sure why the builder put it there, but none-the-less it will make a great wine cellar once the tub, shower, sink and toilet are removed and the drains and water lines are capped. Larry, the owner, responded within 30 minutes of my request and Rick completed the job on our agreed upon schedule. Rick was knowledgeable, prompt, neat and the final bill was slightly under Larry's estimate.

They were in and out and the work area was left neat and clean. There was a little sticker-shock, but I would not be able to the work as quickly or nicely as they did. Nice people, professional workers. Better yet, they are locally owned and operated which was worth the extra money paid for services. Keep the money in the community!
