Absolutely the worst company to deal with. They left an open sewer line in my workspace for more than a week. They left sewage everywhere - all over my walls. They broke my sink trap. The laid the cement for my toilet too high so when they came to install it - it doesn't fit and they have to start over. I still don't have a working toilet and it's been two weeks.

I scheduled an appt through Home Advisor and selected AA Plumbing based on their recommendation. I should have read the reviews, despite the high stars. The earliest appointment was 5 days away (I took it). A long time to wait for a clogged drain. The appointment time I made with Home Advisor was not in sync with AA. AA called back (the day before the appt) to schedule me for later in that day. Not that big of a deal but Home Advisor did not tell me that their appointment time was not reliable or synchronized with AA. And why wait until the day before (in this case a Sunday) to call and correct it? When the tech showed up, he was not from AA but PriCor (?) (and no explanation of this at any point from anyone). I now see this is common reading the other reviews (which I should have done first). He was polite, efficient, and skilled. No complaints about the work or technician. But...they charged me $384 for an hour of work! I am still completely stunned and feel exploited. I should have asked for an estimate or hourly rate by phone first I guess. They have too many people in the supply chain that all need to be paid. Buyer beware.

the young men who worked the plumbing problem are crooked. They are intentionally trying to upbill their rate. when trying to shut off the water to the toilet, they told me that the valve under the toilet was broken and just kept turning and that they could not pull the toilet until they replaced the valve at a tune of about an additional 289 dollars. I finally agreed to that. I remembered another valve to the entire basement area, clothes washer, sink, etc. I pointed that out to them. When they tried to turn this valve off they proceeded to tell me that it would not close either, just like the first valve. when they stepped outside I attempted to close this second valve it closed fine. I thought that it might just be an accident that they did not turn the valve all the way to close it. They fixed the toilet without needing to replace the valve under the toilet. I did not then, pay to replace the valve under the toilet. Yesterday there was another small problem with that toilet and the tenant shut off the water at the toilet bowl just fine. There was nothing wrong with the toilet valve. Maybe one valve broken as they indicated, okay, but telling me both valves were broken is just attempted theft. P.S. AA Plumbing contracted these guys out. They came from PriCorTechnologies.

had very old clay pipe that had seperated. by using their trenchless repair method saved me more and more saved a whole lot of digging and damage that would have been necessary using older methods of repair. had done a month ago so far everything is working well.

Plumbing guys were great, didn't find any issues, but the problem has not come back either... my only ask is that I get fewer surveys and emails from HomeAdvisor.com

This rating is for a company called Pricor who is an affiliate of AA Plumbing that they use for this kind of work. They did do the job they bid and did it very quickly for us (the same day as they estimated it). However, it did not solve the problem. Our tenants have still had problems with the sewer backing up into the toilet and not draining well. The main complaints have with Pricor are two. First, they didn’t clean the out rocks (seen by their video camera) that had accumulated in the sewer line over the past (many years). Without that clean out the line could not drain properly. Second, we were promised a copy of that video inspection, which we have never received and have not gotten any response to our calls asking for it. To sum up: the good….quick action on the job bid. The bad…the job was not complete and did not solve the problem and we can’t seem to communicate with them. We have since had another company come out which did some additional work and also cleaned out the line. Hopefully the problems are behind us now.

While we could not locate the trap to access the problem I got charged $650 and the problem was not resolved. My prior two contractors at least were able to unblock the stoppage. I was also told that most of the trip charge was waived due to having another customer in the area. This wasn't defined and the bill showed the result.

Plumber was late, due to a clerical error, however as soon as I called inquiring where he was, they made sure he arrived as promptly as possible. He was very friendly & courteous. I had two very clogged toilets in my home, as you can imagine it was not pleasant. He was efficient, quick and made sure he tidied up. One of the toilets seemed to have an issue with the tank, kept filling & then draining into the overflow pipe. He looked at it and with a minor adjustment all was fixed. I would hire this company again, at all times everyone was professional,kind & the work was done well.

All service men were courteous, knowledgeable. The work was done to my satisfaction and the yard was left in good shape, given the extent of the work. I would definitely recommend AA for septic or sewer needs.
