This company was prompt and knowledgeable. We had a shower leak that I was sure would not be solved easily. Rick figured it out and cleaned the shower, the drain, and sealed the leak in failing tile. We are very happy. Thank you for your service.

Responded by phone shortly after I posted my request. Very knowledgeable and fast. Showed up promptly at our agreed upon time. Good value and I would recommend them for anyone needing a water heater.

They took advantage of me, I had been dealing with this problem for a long time, and did not know what to do. I found these people. the guy said if it dose this again just pull this thing out and put it back in. get this I am disabled, and paid a guy that did not know how to fix a kitchen faucet. I wanted it fixed or a new one put in. he said that I could go buy a new one, and then he would come back and put it in at a cost of 180.00, after I just paid him, 136.00 for nothing. I see from others, that wrote, I should live on the East side of town, to get good help.

Repaired a faucet by installing a cartridge - recommended replacing the 'guts' of the faucet.

Called right away. They fixed our water leak in 30 minutes. We thought we had a major problem but it was only a small repair. They did not take advantage of us. We were very impressed.

AA Plumbing & Drain called me right away when I submitted my request. They did a thorough inspection of our main sewer drain with a fiber optic cable and explained the whole process, even gave us a CD. They were prompt and efficient and gave us advice on options and drain care.

Called me right away and got to our property quickly. Job was finished quickly and price for work was reasonable.

Other than some scheduling issues, great job, great service.

AA Plumbing was great. They offered a less expensive option to just replace the part of the faucet that was broken (new faucet is identical to old), but hubby opted for full replacement. Even this was less expensive than I was expecting. Nice guys; great work. Would definitely use again.

They contacted me after notification by Home Advisor. A repairman was at my house an hour after discussion with office. An hour later, the toilet was fixed. The repairman was pleasant, friendly and quick. Would definitely call them again.

GOOD JOB, FEEL GOOD ABOUT THE INSTALLATION. LOWEST BID AND DID THE JOB AS ESTIMATED, HOWEVER STILL COST IS HIGH!

I talked to Larry Monday. Today, Tuesday, Rick arrived on time, installed the faucet... asked my opinion at the appropriate times. They charged the price I was quoted. Rick was friendly, professional. I will definitely hire this company again.
