Came out same day I called. Very friendly service. I needed a toilet secured to the flange. The flange I had did not fit exactly right. Installer said his other truck had the right flange, but didn't have one with him. Wish he would have had the right flange handy. Still did the best he could with what he had, and it is more secure than what it was. My initial request was to bolt down the toilet, so I guess I needed to be a little bit more detailed in letting them know that the flange may need to have been replaced. The first attempt still left the toilet wobbly, so the installer took it back up and screwed the flange down securely. Still not perfect, but better than it was. The wood subfloor may need to be replaced in places to keep it from wobbling.

The job was to remove an old garbage disposal and re-plumb the sink drain. The work was done in a timely fashion and with satisfactory results.

The got my repair handled and did good work.

The guy who came to give me an estimate seemed somewhat informal (had no business card), but left a handwritten note of price and number to call. Price was 35% lower than another quote for same job (which was replacement of under sink garbage disposal). Later, when I called the main contact guy to accept the quote, he told me I had been underquoted by the price of the new disposal unit, and he could not afford to do the job for the quoted price. New price was still 10% less than other bid, so I accepted that the original guy had made a mistake (I do believe this was a genuine slip-up rather than a setup) and told the guy to go ahead at the new price. From that point on, everything was perfect - prompt, no fuss, personable, communicated well, quick, clean, and the adjusted price was still good.

They ran a little behind schedule but Rick did a great job.

Rick was a courteous, and informative Plumber. He doesn't try to sell you a repair job when it was deem unnecessary. He gave me good information on the condition of the plumbing for the entire house while he was working on the immediate problem. His rates were reasonable, cheaper than another Plumber's quote. His office gives excellent feedback of when the Plumber will show up and they called me back to see if the Plumber has arrived at the job site.

Never used a plumber before so nothing to compare to. However he was on time and got the job done. Never using a plumber before the cost was a little shocking so a little up front explanation would have been nice. On the whole very pleased with work and after asking around the cost was within reason.

Rick was fantastic. He was very informative,efficient and very reasonable. Extremely pleased with service.
