Quick Response, quality work and friendly. He showed up to my house fairly late in the day on Friday and didn't have the pressure reducing valve needed to make the repair. Rather than telling me he would have to come back the following week, he went and got the part, came back and installed the part. He was very willing to answer all my random questions and the cost ended up being less than the estimate. These guys now have a card on my fridge and I will be calling them if I ever have other plumbing issues!

The only complaint I had is he left the front door open and my cat escaped. I got her back, but I was upset because he knew I had indoor cats and still left the door open when he went to his truck.

I needed the thermostat installed that came with my on demand water system. Somehow the plumber who installed the tank (different company) forgot that step.

Rick ordered and replaced the men's urinal at our church. The work included drain cleanout and rebuilding the flush valve. The job was done well, on time and as promised. We would hire the AA Plumbing & Drain Team again.

For a non-emergency they responded quickly and had done their research ahead of time so had the right part on hand to repair the faucet. Their repairman was friendly, professional and showed me what the issue was.

Professional with very reasonable fees. The only thing is that the water heater installed had higher energy cost than my neighbors' (there are total 8 water heaters in the same storage room). The water heater installed looks thinner with less insulation than others. They also repaired dripping shower faucet and reapplied the toilet wax seal. The overall work is great!

Same day replacement of water heater.

He replaced my water heater and brought it up to code. The results of his work looks great! He was very friendly, and took time to explain things. AA is now at the top of my list for any future plumbing needs I may have.
