 + -1 moreShowed up and wanted to charge 200 dollars For the estimate. This was not shared beforehand. We declined the estimate and replied to the confirmation email to express our disappointment about not setting expectations on the upfront charge. This prompted a phone call from the company who then proceeded to pin the issue back on us by saying we should have told them we wanted a free estimate. I reminded them they called me, I didn't call them. I work in customer service and very familiar with how to handle these situations. This guy lacked total professionalism and I would even go so far to say manners.
