It was a complete success. Sean figured out where rodents were active and then he blocked all the possible access points. He blocked the roof rat's access to our attic along the roof line and was able to exclude mice from our basement and garage. I've been trapping mice at this house every spring and fall for 10 years and, thanks to Sean, this is the first spring I haven't caught any mice! I actually didn't think it was possible to keep mice our of the basement and garage because they are so small, but Sean was able to do that for us. This is especially important because some of the mice in our neighborhood carry Hantavirus, which can be fatal to humans. There are plenty of companies out there that will set and maintain bait stations or traps for you but that is a never ending job. There are very few companies that will actually do the "Exclusion Work" that makes poison and traps unnecessary. Sean does very good "Exclusion Work".

Sean, you are the best! Thank you so much for taking care of our problem. We had a Raccoon problem for 7 weeks and had another competitor service our home with no luck. So, we found Sean and he was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about our Raccoon situation. He was able to evict the Raccoons in 24hrs and even came back the next day to follow up and seal the hole the Raccoons were getting in. I highly recommend Sean and would do business with him again.

PS: Also, with your permission, he is not afraid to cut into your walls to rid the Raccoons. That's what he did for me and put a stink bomb in the nest/den.

Sean came to investigate after a "critter" gained access to my attic by tearing siding off a dormer on my two story house. He climbed into the attic, made certain the raccoon was not present, replace the siding loosely, and then turned his attention to figuring out how the raccoon got in. He was the ultimate friendly professional, very knowledgeable, persistent when the answer was not obvious, and great at suggesting options and recommendations for solutions. He then applied the solutions I chose, and so far (after 4 days) I've had no more middle of the night "visits." I hope I don't need his services again, but if I do, he will be my "go-to guy!"

Sean was extremely knowledgeable about squirrel and rat behavior and understood how houses are constructed. He was able to locate all the possible entry points, tell me about the behavior of the animals that affected his intervention (waiting for the juvenile squirrels to exit the and quot;nestand quot; in my ceiling; mating season and habits of females versus males). He told me how to evaluate the sounds I heard (across the roof was from the outside due to the roof beam construction which would restrict inside movement). He closed up holes that rats were accessing our ceiling area and first installed a one way door to allow the squirrels to leave but not re-enter. After insuring that all the squirrels (especially the juveniles) had left, he then permanently closed off their entry hole. The noises in the ceiling have STOPPED!

Had a really good experience with this company. Sean the owner does all the work, and he did a fine job getting squirrels and rats out of several attic spaces in a large house. It's a rental property and he was worked with the tenants with great professionalism. Used one-way doors to get the critters out and then sealed it up once they had time to leave. Prompt and punctual and effective. A+

I have used another company for this type of service in the past with no success and much cost. I have had better success ridding the house of the raccoons myself, but they kept coming back. Sean did a fantastic job...much more thorough than the other outfit. He evaluates the circumstances holistically to determine what is needed for lasting resolution of the issue. I especially appreciated the method he used to remove the raccoons so they were not euthanized. He simply extracted the babies and let the mother relocate them herself while he sealed up the premises. I would use him for this type of need again in a heartbeat, though I doubt it will ever be necessary as he did a wonderful job preventing future intrusions.

They were excellent. The job done was great. They are wildlife control specialist. I was trying to sell my house. The instructor for the buyer discovered raccoons up in the attic. That was a shock. They removed the raccoons. They did well. They inspected the attic and found all the possible entry into the attic. They sealed them up in a terrible manner. They provided photos of the repairs so that I could forward it to the buyers. That was all done in a very cunning manner and at the cost that they had estimated. They were very professional. I would use them in the future.

For months we worked with a rodent exclusion specialist to battle the rats getting into the eve-space of our 100+ year old house. Over time we did everything we could think of to completely seal the exterior envelope of our house---yet the rats continued to get into the eve-space (but interestingly, not the crawl space) of our house. After several months the rodent exclusion specialist we'd been working with had run out of ideas and suggested we get "a fresh set of eyes" for the situation. I called Sean Met of (A.K.A. "A Wildlife Pro") and he came out right away. Sean was very professional and was at our house for two hours going over everything. Finally, up on the roof, he pulled the wire mesh the first guy used to seal off rodent access to the sewage venting stack and saw that the venting pipe was actually broken. He shined a flashlight down the shaft and took a photo with his cellphone (see photo). Sean surmised that the rats were actually coming up from the sewer, hopping out of the pipe, running across the bathroom ceiling and into an opening leading to the second story eves. We had wrongly assumed these were black roof rats because they were in our eve-space but not our crawl space. In fact they were Norway (brown) rats coming up from the sewer and resting roof rat style in our eves. Sean shoved some wire mesh into the break area and came back the next day to remove a rat who got stuck---at no extra charge! We had our contractor friend remove a portion of our bathroom wall and and installed new venting pipe. The ceiling was then removed to clean out the disgusting waste and debris. Then Sean came out again and treated the area with an odor killing enzyme before new insulation and ceiling were installed. In less than a week, Sean helped us identify and cleanup a problem we'd been dealing with for months. I would definitely (but hope I wont need to!) hire Sean again.

Pleasant and thorough. I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone who has pest problems and doesn't want to poison their environment or the environment. Trustworthy, professional, and a reassures a very nervous homeowner.

I heard something in my wall and called a pest control company. They told me I probably had squirrels and referred me to a wild life removal company. I made an appointment and two days later I got a call that the provider had to cancel. After looking at reviews, I emailed Sean explaining my situation. He couldn't help but sent my email on to his partner Josh with Out of the Wild. Josh was great. He came the next day, did a full inspection and explained that I had rats, not a squirrel and recommended traps as well as using mesh to close off the gutter line preventing future rodents. This was in line with the process and estimate he explained to me over the phone. I'm very squeamish and Josh was great answering my questions and giving enough info, but not too much to freak me out. I contacted Josh 2 days later, after hearing two of the traps go off and he graciously offered to come on a Saturday to check the status. Once again,he dealt with the traps and discreetly removed the vermin so I wouldn't have to see. He came back and checked the traps for the next two weeks. The traps stayed empty and I'm rat free.

Sean from Seattle Wildlife Control referred us to his partner Josh Dickson whose business is Out of the Wild. Josh was able to answer all of our questions and get the screening and traps put up right away. He returned promptly when called to reset a trap and take away the trapped squirrel.

After having an unsatisfactory service call from United Pest Solutions, I contacted Sean via email initially and corresponded a few times until he established what services were needed. He was very patient and thoughtful in his replies. On inspection day, Sean came with a helper but he was the one who actually went into the crawlspace and came back with raccoon carcass. He replaced a broken crawlspace vent cover with a temporary one-way opening in case there were any more raccoons and suggested we install metal mesh around the house's foundation to further deter critters from getting into the crawlspace. He pointed out we needed to trim tree branches away from the roof and plug up any small openings so rats can't get into the attic. I felt confident in Sean's knowledge and abilities; he's like Steve Irwin without all the hoopla! Although I hope I don't have to, I'd definitely use his services again.

We spent around $1100.We had an issue with rats in the attic in one of our rental properties. He did a fantastic job. It was the first time we had used this company. We didn’t even know that such a company existed that would seal off an area and then remove the rats. He was excellent. He was honest and very nice with us, as well as, with the tenants. He was courteous. We will use this company again in the future.

I interviewed 3 companies over the phone and had a gut feel about Sean that proved to be true. He was so patient and spent 45 minutes on the phone with me with some very direct questions. This was my 3rd interview and first time I had called for an exterminator. The first one I spoke to was also patient, but believed in using bait since he said traps didn't work. The second one said traps were the only way to go since with bait, the rats die in your house, but the lady on the phone was so confusing about the pricing and what I get for the initial contract that I wasn't comfortable, despite them being a very reputable company. Sean was also a trap believer, but said the only way they work is to do the exlusion work first, which means closing up the access points. The part I balked at was the initial pricetag, which was $450 ($100 more than the others). After talking with him though, I felt very comfortable hiring him and had a feeling that the total cost spent with Sean would be cheaper than the other two companies. One of the big differences with Sean is that he does not push the monthly contract that other companies sell. His philosophy is that if the job is done right, you don't need the monthly contract. He turned out to be right. He got to my house and walked slowly around the exterior with a dental-like mirror, looking at the area where the foundation met the wallboards. He did the same on the roof line and found about 45 feet of openings. He showed me all of the possible access points and also found out where the rat got into the house, which was through the breaker box. In less than a day, he had all openings sealed up with 1/4 inch wiring and some additional material as needed. Then he set traps in the crawl space and attic. He came back a few days later and pulled out 3 bodies. Since I was so squeamish about them, he was kind enough to hide the bags behind his leg so I wouldn't see them. He came back a week later and I think a couple of weeks later to check and remove traps, but the job was really done in just a few days. Seven months later and I am still rat-free. He even showed me one place that they burrowed under my house and ideas for keeping that from happening again. I tell everyone that this was the best $600 I ever spent.

He was top notch and I really liked him. He came very well prepared and had all the necessary things with him to take care of the problem. He was very thorough and did the work pretty quickly and efficiently. He did a great job for me and I never had any problems after that.
