"Im sorry you are disappointed. We were actually hired to install the prep work for a steam shower and level flow the basement floor. We Installed the waterproofing system flawlessly but one of the walls and the curb were out of plumb 1/2" due to the severe settling of the home(its older). It was an oversight by my installer and after being brought to our attention, we came back immediately and floated the appropriate areas to make perfect for your installer. I feel we gave you good customer service, we left your shower surround smooth and perfect enough to set glass mosaic tile on and performed the floor leveling very well.
