Auto Body Work
THEY DID A GOOD JOB FIXING MOST OF THE PROBLEMS WITH THE CAR, BUT LEFT SOME THINGS DAMAGED OR UNDONE (I.E., THE STEERING WHEEL WAS CUT OPEN FROM THE AIRBAG, AND THEY LEFT IT CUT OPEN AND DID NOT REPAIR IT). THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY, BUT IT WAS VERY DIFFICULT TO GET A STRAIGHT ANSWER FROM THEM. I WAS RELIEVED TO GET MY CAR BACK FROM THEM, AFTER IT TOOK 2 WEEKS LONGER THAN THEIR INITIAL ESTIMATE. THEIR WAITING ROOM REEKED OF CIGARETTE SMOKE, AND HAD OVERFLOWING ASHTRAYS IN IT. WHEN I GOT MY CAR BACK, IT SMELLED LIKE SMOKE, TOO.
