Great service!  My house had a horrible "little black ant" (AKA sugar ants) problem for many years that kept getting worse no matter what remedy I tried.  Andy explained their life cycle and habits, which helped me understand why my efforts were so fruitless.  After an initial thorough treatment inside and out, he has returned quarterly for exterior treatment.  He always calls ahead and is very considerate.  I started this around 3-4 years ago; after 2 years decided to stop, and ants soon returned -- all over the place, inside and out, trying to get to the food, in all my cabinets, in the dog's food bowls, in my bed (yuck!).  I called Andy and he came out quickly to resume the service (without charging any extra) and my peace of mind was soon restored (and all the ants were soon gone!).  It is SO WONDERFUL to have a pest-free home.

After my husband tried unsuccessfully to kill a wasp hive that was living in an eve space, I called A Complete Pest Control to find out the base price for a wasp nest removal. Bonnie, the owner's wife answered the call and answered all of my questions, including what type of treatment would be used, what to expect, and what I should or shouldn't do. When I asked how long it would take to have her husband come out, she let me know he was in my general area and she would contact him to see if he could come by today or tomorrow. She called back a few minutes later and said he was available this afternoon and gave me an hour window to expect him.
Allen arrived 5 minutes early, which was a pleasant surprise. He inspected the nest entrance, asked a few questions, answered my questions about the safety of his products for my dog and children, and then set about preparing himself to deliver the treatment. He had protective clothing, including the traditional bee-handlers head protection, and carried his supplies and ladder to the back area in one trip. I observed from a safe window while he treated the entrance(s) to the nest. When he was done, he told me what to expect. Although I was skeptical following my husband's failed attempt to kill the hive, when I ventured out later in the afternoon, hive activity was already virtually non-existent. A Complete Pest Control has a 90 day guarantee, but it looks like this treatment has done the trick.
I had called four other local companies, and this one was the least expensive. Although I don't always advocate for selecting the lowest priced choice, this was an unexpected expense. I asked each company the same questions and received generally the same answers, so I was comfortable that this company was just as knowledgeable and that it wasn't cutting corners in order to offer a lower priced service. I ask a lot of questions and both Bonnie and Allen were very patient in answering them.

The owner is Allen and he is fabulous. He is excellent. At our new house we found carpenter ants in a little tree that we took down and they marched into the house. He came out immediately and took care of that, because we didn't know that they were in the tree. He is really reasonable and he checks for everything. We pay $30 which is really reasonable. He checks for everything and he treats anything, it could be insects or rodents and everything is included in that price, inside the house or in the yard. When we lived in Redmond, he took down a giant wasp nest that lived in a tree and it was as big as a football. Then he found the secondary one, because there are always two and we didn't know that but he did. Just because it is owner operated, we always get to speak to him. If we have a concern he comes out immediately. We don't have to book weeks in advance, because if we have that kind of a problem we need help immediately because it is doing damage to our home. When he found rats in our Redmond house I thought he was kidding. They came from underground through the hot water piping or the electric meter and under the foundation and up; he was underneath getting them. That was a surprise to us. I will continue to use him because I don't want a surprise. We think we have an expensive home and can't get it, but we can.

One of the best service providers I have dealt with. Their communication is excellent and their services and prices are thoroughly explained up front. After using them for a year (quarterly exterior treatments), rather than taking for granted that I would continue to use them, they called me to make sure that I was satisfied with the service and asked if I would like to continue to use them. My answer was a definitive "Yes." Allen does a terrific job. He calls in advance to let you know that he is coming, and when he arrives he is quick and efficient. Highly recommended!

There are rats in this area. They freaked me out. I called another company and they said they would send somebody out but nobody came. I called A Complete Pest Control and they came the very next day. The person who came took the time to help me understand what was going on. He looked under the house, made sure there were no breaches so that they could not come inside. He checked the things around the yard to control anything that might want to be coming to our house. I am very happy with their services.

A Complete Pest Control Company is consistent. They have a method that works for us. Besides rodent control and spraying, they also have a system that works for particular seasons. The person that comes out for the service is excellent. I've had no complications with them so far. I would recommend them. I would continue to use their services in the future.
