I called Thomas and described a rather tight schedule I had to work with. He was very flexible and worked around my schedule and was able to come two days later. He arrived on time and spent approximately 1.5 hours tuning the piano. Despite having to work around some contractors making a lot of noise working on my house, he was very engaging and friendly. The piano has never sounded better.
Description of Work: I have a 35 year old Kimball upright and it has been moved twice in the last few years. It required serious tuning.
