I really wish I could write a better review since all of our phone interactions have been decent, but I just can't at this point. We hired these folks to mow the lawn every other week on a specific day starting last fall, and it's been really hit or miss what day they'll show up, whether they'll actually show up every other week, and whether we get charged for days that no one came. I work from home, so I can actually see when they're here (and have had several instances where they show up on the wrong day with no notice and start mowing under my window during a conference call). I've had to ask for the bill to be adjusted more than once when they say they've been here on days that they have not. Icing on the cake: we have dogs and, while we can't always clean up the yard, we do make an effort to get things cleaned up when we know they're coming. Since they don't call to let us know when they'll be here and almost never show up on their scheduled day (or sometimes the scheduled week), the yard often hasn't been picked up yet when they arrive. They left one note back in December asking us to pick up the yard, and I called the manager to let him know we would do our best but they really need to let us know they're coming so we can make sure we get it done. I thought that was that, because I haven't heard from them since then about it. Today I came home and saw that they had been here while I was at the store (again with no notice on the wrong day), and that they had thoughtfully picked up all dog poo in the yard using our pick up tools - and lined it up at the base of our stairs, less than 10 feet from the bucket we use for disposing of poo. As you can see from the photos uploaded here, this was pretty deliberate action on their part. We've put up with incorrect billing and spotty service for several months. These guys passive aggressively covering our patio with dog poop instead of calling, emailing, or even simply saying "we won't mow if this isn't cleaned up"? This is the last straw, and we'll find someone better. Save yourself some time and headache; call someone else.

They showed up later than originally scheduled due to other jobs which took more time than expected but did a good job once they arrived. Unfortunately (not their fault), the grass in the bare spots has not grown much, probably mainly because the spots were hard and dogs had urinated in those spots.

It went VERY well. One week they came to spray the grass, a week later to dethatch, & another week later to aerate & reseed. Now with the overly abundant rain, I have new grass growing and will have a nice, plush lawn for the spring & summer! Also, two thumbs up for reliable communication and keeping me informed.

They were like 20 minutes late. It was like $200 for 4 hours of yard work.

Good, but they dont haul debris away with included price, so that was a bummer but it was good otherwise.

Vendor decided he couldn''t do it at the agreed price. I did get a refund from Angie's List but the whole experience was a hassle

They stopped using Angie's just and did not honor the pre- paid contract

Very efficient team, weeded, trimmed plants and cleaned all garden in few hours.

I was not happy with them. The gentleman responded very nice then they set a time for 9:30. At 10 o'clock, I contacted them and said nobody's here yet. It's a mix up with the schedule, they maybe on their way. A truck showed up with two guys in it and then another truck pulled up behind. The one young kid was hanging halfway out the window yelling stuff. They parked, came in, I told them what I want done and the one kid that was hanging out the window, he just pretty much smoked the whole time he was here. I could here them swearing and about 15 minutes after they got here, they didn't know if they had all the right tools to do what they need to be done. I wanted them to trim a bush, they didn't know if they had a trimmer. There was four guys so it should have been an hour and they were all packed up and on their way within 50 minutes. The only thing I can say that was good was the person got back to me right away and scheduled a time. The young kids were pretty much loud-mouthed. They didn't do everything that I wanted.They ran out of time, it would have been nice of them to say, our time is running out, do you want to spend extra money to finish cutting the bushes and stuff. It just really wasn't professional.

The guys were fast and efficient very good. They showed up on time, went right to work and worked hard for the time they were there.

Great - 2 men arrived at the time agreed to, got right to work and the yard looked great.

They were friendly, personable guys and worked quickly. They worked hard and quickly and got a lot done in the 2 hours I purchased them for (on the deal offered). The only con was that we made the appointment several weeks back for a specific time. When I called 20 minutes into the scheduled time to see if they were on their way, they didn't answer. I asked them to call and let me know if they were still coming. They never called me back and then showed up over an hour late. I was with a student by then and had to interrupt the lesson to talk with them. They did good work and I would probably hire them again, but would make sure to ask them to call if they are going to be late in case that wouldn't work for me.

Crew were professional, on time and did a good job. I will use them again!

Scheduling was a bit touch and go, but the two guys showed up at approximate time. They did the work fast in under 2 hrs and left quickly without asking if I needed them to do anything else.

Horrible. They were a no show.
