Do not use this company! This has been the absolute worst customer service experience of my life! We ordered blinds 11 months ago and still have no blinds in our bedroom. The windows were not measured properly so the first time installation was attempted, the job could not be completed. Months of phone calls, supposed re-orders, and unsuccessful install appointments, but still no progress happened. They refused to just refund us our money. Finally, our credit card company listened to our case and sided with us and refunded our money. Its been 5 months since that refund, and now in the midst of the Covid19 outbreak, we get a letter stating that we owe them the full cost of the order. Absolutely unbelievable!

Have ordered in past years from 3 Day Blinds for most rooms in my house and the products were great. They previously had stores, but now have gone online only and send a consultant to the home for measuring and product ordering. The consultant was to match my existing blinds and also add cornices to my new order. The blinds arrived promptly, but there were product errors in both the cornices and the blinds. 3 of the 4 cornices matched and the other was a different style. The blinds arrived with no head rails and did not match the ones previously ordered.. I left messages for the designer who came to my house and called 3 Day Blinds customer service. They said they would have to issue me a case # (CAS-903797-T5Y1) and I would have to wait 2 or 3 days for someone to call me back. I received a call from Debra Gonsalves a couple days later and she said she would have the designer return to my house. They conceded the error in the cornice but said they had had not given me a head rail since I also ordered cornices, although it had been made plain that I wanted the blinds to match my blinds previously ordered. With no head rail, the blinds look bare and unfinished and I would always need some to cover the bare top. The designer left me a voice mail I still have on my phone that she ordered for an upgraded blind used commercially and she stated the other blinds that have more of a head rail but do not hold up and would soon need to be replaced. She then said they could send me a clip on or additional piece to facilitate a head rail and would give the blinds a finished look if I redecorated without cornices. That was fine with me. Debra Gonzales disputed the contents of the designer's message regarding the alternate blinds and I made plain that I had been given NO options on blinds when I ordered and I had made plain that I wanted the blinds to match the other blinds previous ordered from them. I then got an email from Debra Gonzales that they had put in an order to correct the mistake on the cornice (they had entered a wrong code) and they ordered new blinds for me. Since the blinds themselves were fine, I immediately wrote an email that I did NOT need or want new blinds and ONLY wanted the correct cornice and head rails that the designer indicated, I wanted a confirmation that the correct items would be coming. I called the direct voicemail of Debra Gonsalves and have sent and resent the same email four times without a response even though the voice mail and email schedule for Debra indicates she is in the office. I asked for a written reply so no mistake would be made. In addition to no response, I have now received a FedEx tracking that yesterday a 26 lb package was shipped to me. Obviously, one cornice and 4 head rails do not weigh 26 lbs and my fear from my one conversation with Debra is they are trying to do a bait and switch and send me the lightweight (cheaper) blinds that she said come attached to a headrail. I have desperately been trying to reach them to avert this from happening. I have contacted my credit card company to dispute payment until things are rectified. 3 Day Blinds has offered the new items be installed for free, but I do not want them to bait and switch them for lightweight blinds since all blinds are custom orders.

Not once did I contact you or reach out for a bid. All I did was look at your information. Since then I have been bombarded with phone calls and messages everyday... sometimes twice a day at different hours. I had to block your number, and when emails arrived (3) I marked them as scam. What the **** people? Not only will I NOT do business with you, I will highly recommend that you are not contacted or even looked at. STOP calling. Take me off any lists you have. I DO NOT want your business.

I had a good experience with them, mostly because they handled a mistake very well. My design consultant measured the blind width incorrectly. The installer noticed it right away after putting them up. He then measured the correct width, sent the measurements to 3 day blinds and they ordered new blinds within a week. The mistake was an inconvenience but they handled it very well. I would still suggest this company to anyone. The design consultant was new and I'm not sure how long he will last with them. But the company was very attentive and professional.

Excellent. I had a scheduled in house evaluation. Gayle did an excellent job - she has the eye for right colors, knew what suggestions to make ehich helped me tremendously and took precise measurements. A week later, installer was here earlier and it was done. All the options I wanted were taken care of, fast and efficiently. If I need blinds, curtains or anything like that I will choose them again. Compared to others in the area or Home Depot, 3 Day Blinds are the best overall and with a difference.

They came as expected, showed us the samples and gave us the prices when asked. They woman sales person was professional and pleasant. The blinds have held up well for the 2-3 years they have been installed. They were expensive, but we asked for it when we ordered them.

It took several days to get us on the estimator's schedule. She arrived in mid-March and spent over an hour measuring windows, making suggestions, and showing samples. She typed extensively in her laptop promising the full estimate would come to my e-mail and that she'd send swatches of materials she had suggested. I never saw or heard from her again. For the next three weeks I phoned her and spoke with the company. Company kept saying they'd contact her and her supervisor and tell them to call me. No one ever called me: not the company, or the estimator or her boss.

We were sent a box of paper blind to 'stick' up in place of our being repaired. They will be repaired but 3 day blinds are waiting 10 days for a part. How can this be? Did you sell us the blinds? Yes. So, why don't you have the correct thing to replace the malfunctioning piece. No one came out, no one has helped. Curious to see what happens in 10 days??? 10 days of waiting for something... 3 day blinds should change their name.

The rep for 3 Day Blinds Seattle called me on the day of my appointment to ask me to allow her to come early. I said that wasn't possible due to my work schedule and she said fine. She then called me back an hour later to tell me that she thought she was coming down with something and didnt want to get me sick. It was a very odd interaction and I told her that I really wasn't concerned about germs. I had re-arranged my schedule to leave work to set up this appointment so didn't want to try and re-schedule again. The whole thing felt like an attempt to get out of meeting. Despite this rocky start, the sales rep arrived at my house at our originally scheduled time and spent time taking measurements. At the end of our appointment she said she would follow up later that day with an email estimate. I waited that 3 business days and never heard back from her. I called her and left a voicemail on her cell phone and still have not heard back from her. It's now going on 2 weeks. I have left multiple voicemails, sent multiple emails and contacted the 3 Day Blinds main customer service number. I still have yet to even receive an acknowledgement that someone is working on my estimate. Clearly, this company is not too eager to try and win my business. The job we were requesting was not insignificant (over 10 west facing windows) so I'm very surprised that no one has bothered to follow up. I DO NOT recommend reaching out to this company if you would like to receive a timely estimate (or any estimate at all for that matter). It's disappointing that they care so little about their customers. I took time away from work to be at the appointment time that they had scheduled.
