25/7 Protection sells the equipment and works with a dedicated installation and technical company to install and set up the system. Everything went according to plan and was completed on schedule. Everyone we worked with was very knowledgeable and professional. They take the time to ensure that you know how to operate the system, even taking multiple phone calls after installation. The employees at 25/7 provide their personal cell phone numbers, so you can ask questions whenever they arise, even when the store is closed. They were very accommodating. We had to swap out 2 cameras, because we did not notice that we had ordered black cameras and we preferred white on the front of the house. They walked us through how to remove them from the house and then swapped them at the store for no cost. Since this was basically our error, I did not mind doing the work myself. They sent photos of the camera connectors on a text, so I would be sure to remove them properly. This is a good company to do business with. They know their subject and are a good place to go for advice on what you need, based on your desired outcome. I definitely will use them in the future if needed.

On a recommendation from friends we called 25/7 and asked for a risk assessment of the house. This costs $150, but that is applied to the cost of any product/service you subsequently purchase from them. Milo came around and did the assessment, and after this we paid to have them install three video cameras, detectors (they actually work on heat changes, although the cameras themselves detect motion), a strobe light and DVD system. The installation went well, and they provided a tutorial on how everything worked. Milo was very responsive to questions in the couple of days following the installation, and another rep, Brad, came by to address some configuration questions and make some adjustments as we were learning the ins and outs of the system. Overall, we were very pleased with the company's responsiveness and services. The price was reasonable; we could have bought only the equipment for about $1,800 but decided to pay the additional $850 to avoid having to figure out what was clearly a complicated setup and installation.

I was disappointed with the service. The manager spoke down to me, and was generally disrespectful. I followed up to add more parts to my alarm, and I was never called back. Whenever I call, there is no one there. When I tried to get the help I needed over the phone, they told me that I should just come in, but told me I shouldn't come on Sundays, because they're too busy. When I do go in, they divert me to another person, who is never there. The installers were prompt and friendly, so that went smoothly.

It’s going well.  We will use them again in the future.

25/7 mainly sells the equipment. Then they have people come out to install it and explain how the system works. I purchased my system from the owner. He's very knowledgeable on security systems and how they work.

We have visited the store multiple times and have had two buying experiences...all were great. Jerold's knowledge concerning home/personal security and the electronic industry, simply put; it would be hard to compete against him!! More than half of our visits were for educational purposes and information gathering. Once we completed our homework of other stores, it was a no brainer on where we were purchasing our merchandise.
