2 Sons Plumbing

Absolutely extortionate pricing. They charged over $3400 (plus 3% if you don't pay in cash) for as simple small water heater replacement that took less than 2 hours.

TOTAL FRAUD | STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS Someone told me that "it's impossible to find an honest plumber" and these people are a shining example of that. I've learned my lesson though. Never give them the benefit of doubt. Don't try to treat them as humans that you would otherwise treat with trust. They continued to lie to me after posting a review, and I have no doubt they will continue to lie here.

2 Sons agreed to do plumbing repair, half via Saturn Barter (we are both members). I paid half up front. Work was less than expected. 2 Sons unwilling to bill half barter & refund me accordingly. Repeated efforts to discuss were to no avail.

Had 2 sons plumbing out to fix small leak under sink, and replace sink, faucet and disposal. After, we had a huge leak, and they refused to take responsibility for the damage, which is a lot!!!!

This is the review I sent to the business: Technician Mike and his son were very personable and Mike recalled installing a hot water heater for me some months back. Mike knew what the issue was as soon as he looked at my sink and told me the minimum charge was $250.00 I think the entire repair fix took about 3 minutes. While I understand that fixing this problem took a certain amount of expertise (including travel time, etc), I don't feel it warranted a rate of $83.00 per minute. (I doubt even heart surgeons get paid that much.) I realize that prior to fixing the problem, I agreed to the minimum charge so I know I am responsible to pay it. However, once your technicians left, I felt as though I had been set up and quite dismayed that I had been taken advantage of in such a way. It did not feel like an honest approach. Given the above, I will not consider using your business in the future.

The estimate and repair were fast, accurate and all went smooth. Job well done!

Great, no nonsense estimate and work. 2 sons came out for a free estimate, I agreed immediately, and they got to work. Two hours later my plumbing problem was resolved. Prior to working with 2 sons, I had another plumbing company out for the same problem that wanted to charge me 6 times more. 2 sons didn't try to add on work not needed or over charge.

I called multiple plumbers whose schedules were too busy, and, as if my schedule wasn't full enough, I had a doctor's appointment in the middle of the day. 2 Sons Plumbing said they could be out between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm, just be sure to call when I left the doctors office, if I was going to be late. Tim showed up about 2:30 and was in and out in less than 1 hour. There was an air bubble in the gas line, and it was a simple fix. I would highly recommend them again.
