At first he was very good about giving me updates and communicating in general. I paid him the 1/2 down, so materials could be ordered. Shortly after that, i heard nothing. i sent 5 emails over the course of 3 months without a response. Sent a registered letter asking for my money. Nothing. Have since contacted the BBB, L&I, and WA state. Atty Generals office . This week, I will need to serve papers and take his co to small claims court.
