Emerald City Airport Shuttle-Towncar Service

This company is a joke. They were called for a shuttle appointment at 3pm for a 9pm ride to the airport. We called them at 9:15 to see where they were, and they said they were "on the way". At 9:45 the driver called to get directions, and he wasn't just lost in our neighborhood looking for the house either. He was still almost 10 minutes away. At 10 minutes to 10:00pm he called again this time looking for our house (which is on a MAJOR street, not hard to find), and finally showed up at 8 minutes to 10, 52 MINUTES LATE! The driver did offer a $9 discount from the $40 fare, hardly a consolation if we had not make the plane in time! Cab companies all charge the same, $$'s not the issue. Punctuality and not driving like a maniac are about the only points of comparison, use someone else!
