We are locally owned and operated in Kitsap County, serving Western Puget Sound and the Olympic Peninsula. Matthews Energy Services is a PREFERRED RePower Kitsap, Puget Sound Energy and Cascade Natural Gas, Home Performance contractor, providing energy audits, assessments, moisture, comfort, energy efficient retro fits, installations and validation services, with more than 30 years experience in the building industry. Our energy and construction divisions have BPI, INFRARED THERMOGRAPHY, PTCS, EPS, Lead RRP, OSHA and VA certified professionals to make sure you receive the best service available. As a Puget Sound Energy and Cascade Natural Gas contractor, we provide FREE Puget Sound Energy Home Print assessment services to all PSE electric and gas customers. This service is designed to be a first step approach for customers who are interested in finding out more about the current condition of their home and its performance, heating, insulation and ways to make improvements. We also provide diagnostic energy audits and building inspections with attention to detail, using equipment such as combustion analyzer, CO and gas leak detectors, blower door and infrared camera, which allows you to see inside your walls and other areas of your home where you might be losing energy. Our services also include a full range of energy management, weatherization and construction services. EPS (Energy Performance Score) computer modeling of your home provides you with accurate information, which cannot be obtained by the check the box type of assessments available, you also receive a scope of work with priority given for safety, return on investment and comfort. This information can be used to make smart decisions about what improvements will have the greatest benefits, ROI, increased comfort and durability so that you can get the very most for your energy retrofit dollars. We work closely with RePower Kitsap, Puget Sound Energy, Cascade Natural Gas and the Bonneville Power Administration, to make sure that you can utilize all available rebates and incentives while making your home more energy efficient, safer and comfortable.
