 + -1 moreChet's professionalism and craftsmanship was outstanding. He worked with us every step of the way and ensured our project was completed to the highest standards. I plan on having him back for other work and projects. It has been completed for several months and I am so glad I picked Lone Rock Builders. I can't imagine how my addition would have turned out with someone else. He listened to me and addressed every concern or question I had during the process. When Chet says "plumb, level, square and straight" - he means it!
Description of Work: Built an addition onto my existing residence. Consisted of family room, kitchenette, bathroom, carport, and utility room.

 + -1 moreChet Dunham of Lone Rock Builders was referred to us for our kitchen/bath remodel project through the Service Magic website. Chet came out and did a thorough inspection of the house, took lots of measurements, and listened attentively to our ideas and vision for the project. He even came out to the house a second time to double check on a few things before completing his estimate, which was very professional and thorough. Although we awarded the contract to a competing contractor, we appreciated very much Chet's professionalism and resume. We highly recommend Lone Rock Builders for anyone's short list for a great contractor!
