Aquarius Pump Company

Aquarius Pump Company is an outstanding, service-oriented company that monitors and repairs septic systems. On Saturday morning my septic alarm went off and I called my former septic company who will remain nameless. I left a message on their monitored service line. I left a second message Saturday afternoon. I never received a callback even though I had a paid for contract. I researched Septic repair companies, to find a reputable vendor. Aquarius Pump Company had positive reviews and I spoke with someone in the industry from another company and they highly recommended Aquarius Pump Company. I called their office and Robyn assisted me in obtaining an appointment. She was super professional and set up an appointment for Mike to come out and look at the system. Mike troubleshot and fixed the problem quickly. He also explained how my septic system worked and said if I had any questions do not hesitate to call. He provided awesome service at a reasonable price. I am now using Aquarius Pump Company for my septic contract and any future work that the system will require. It is good to have company I can trust and that I know will respond when there is a problem. Thank you for turning a negative situation into a positive one!
